Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . I arranged an after-hours drop-off with Lisa, who told me the key drop was "a box near the front door" and confirmed my arrival time. When I showed up, there was no visible or clearly marked drop box anywhere. While I was walking around trying to find it (like any normal person would) the POLICE showed up and detained me because they thought I was breaking in after seeing me on the security cameras. That situation was completely avoidable if I had been given clear, accurate instructions. It doesn't end there.... After my car was finished, I called Lisa to confirm pickup and got nothing but vague answers and attitude and seemed irritated that I was even asking. I then had my boyfriend call, and suddenly she was able to provide a clear pickup time immediately.
