Bottom line, the body work was perfect. I cannot even tell my vehicle was involved in a collision. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. My advisor, Chris Brown took the time to explain every detail of the estimate, which was very fair. They even contacted Enterprise Rent A Car to have a pick up set so that I could get my rental car. I was able to leave my rental car at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. This was very convenient. My vehicle was delivered on time as promised and was washed on the outside. I delivered my vehicle to Classic Collison of Alpharetta for a paint job. Their rep did an inspection and I left my vehicle. They returned my vehicle after 4 days and i realized there is a large crack on the windshield. They claimed the damage was there before i delivered my vehicle. I asked them to show me the inspection pictures and the crack. We checked the inspection pictures at the time of delivery and they were not able to show me the damage. They told me the crack was probably so little before i brought my vehicle and it became larger during their possession. They also told me that they never drove my vehicle but it was a lie. I showed them my vehicle's app and it was showing that they drove my vehicle for 2 miles. I have talked to store manager and they send a request to their regional manager to compensate my damage. I waited 2 days and their regional manager declined the store's request. They are not taking the responsibility of the damage they caused and they lied me about it. NEVER TRUST THEM. read more

I've had personal items taken from two different cars at this location over about a 3 month period. The first time I just let it go, but when it happened for the second time I had to say something. A few of the items were small and a few were irreplaceable. I went in and complained and asked why were his people snooping in places they had no business going into? He basically said he had a crew he recently had to get rid of because none of them had drivers licenses and for other reasons. The manager (Todd Helms) new things were being taken from customers cars. I asked to be compensated and he was supposed to get back with me and never did. Not surprised. I get the disclaimer, but this theft was beyond reasonable. Not worth my time to pursue any longer, but a lesson learned. I would NEVER come back here to have a car repaired. I damaged my own car (no accident, no other person involved) two days after a holiday. I went to Classic at my husband's recommendation and was told it will be a week before they can even get it in for an estimate. I was NOT happy about that. So, I chose to go to my dealer (just down the street) and a repairman I'd worked with B4 and someone I assume from the body shop looked at it right away, saying it was drivable (which was one concern I had). They proceeded to push the front fender back in place, then said the clips on the front edge were broken off. On my way to the dealer I passed another collision place and asked what they knew about it. My repairman said he had done some work for them and he recommended them. Long story short, that Collision place gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. They have set an appointment for me to come in Monday (I went on Wed). I have a car rental set up at Enterprise and they said it should be fixed by end of week. After reading these reviews for Classic, I will be be canceling my appointment and heading to the other place. Their reviews were also much better. Yes, there were a few disgruntled customers but not as many as Classic Collision of Alpharetta. Sorry, Sweetheart but I'm choosing to go elsewhere. This was a somewhat unusual case as the person who hit our son's car wanted us to go direct to Classic. So, we weren't too sure what to expect. When we brought the car in we were met by Chris Kammerer. He immediately put our concerns at ease. Albert Allen took very good care of us from the minute we walked through the door to handing us our keys. He provided continual updates via text (my preference) as well as phone messages. The work done was excellent. This was our late son's car so there is tremendous emotional attachment to it. They clearly understood our sentiments and treated our Jetta like it was a Rolls Royce. Very poor service and quality of work! I've been in an ongoing nightmare with this shop since June. My insurance company referred me to have my car repaired in June. After reviving my car back, I noticed more issues and brought to the concern of management including original damage not repaired in repair. I've had to bring my car 6 times after I paid them my money. Only to have a window where my tint is still damaged. The shop sent a tint guy and there is more bubbles in the tint that an under water aquarium. I truly believe the fact I am a woman I received the poor level of service and care. The manager has never reached out to me directly to make sure the crap his employees jacked up was fixed. Beware and don't waste your money! You'll be disappointed. They receive payment from me and my insurance company and did a shitty job on the work on my car. I have never had these type of issues and the poor level of customer service! There is no level of quality assurance that the shop takes to ensure their work is solid! I wish I took my car back to Florida versus taking a chance on this crap ass place! read more

Overpromise and Underdeliver! This is what this company lives by. Over 9 weeks for repair. My MINI was delivered to them on 01/02/13 and returned 03/21/13. We had a 2 week delay because a previous hack shop was being back charged. I was told it was a 1.5 week job so i expected 2 weeks. The main reason for delay was Director of Operations continually pulling techs off to work on other projects. For the last 2 weeks I personally checked on the car every day and for a few days helped put it back together. I would have expected near perfection but i've already found 5 issues in 2 hours and the list keeps going. I've never seen an uglier case of poor customer service or lack of respect for a customer. read more

Please stay away. Shoddy repair work! I was told my car would not start after body shop work was performed, however my car was in perfect mechanical condition when it was delivered to Classic Collision. The manager gave me an invoice from an unheard of vendor for a diagnostic, stating it would cost me $750 to repair the electronic steering system. He refused to take ANY accountability for the issue and left my control panel in the car completely dissembled. My insurance company had the towed to my certified Mercedes Benz technician who got the car started immediately. The battery was not connected properly. Classic Collision attempted to extort $$ from me and completed shoddy body shop on my car twice. The first time they repaired my car, the brackets on the spoiler disconnected after a car wash. Second time poor body work and lies. Never again!!! I will ask Geico to write a check and take my car to a reputable body shop in the future. read more

I rarely write reviews but felt this one was worth the time and effort. After my husband called and spoke to someone at Classic Collision in Alpharetta regarding getting an estimate for repairs for my car, I stopped by, got my baby in a stroller, and went inside to the front desk. I told them I needed an estimate. The lady immediate asked "What insurance?" as she reached for a form. I did have the name of an insurance company, and THEIR estimate....but that had nothing to do with my request for an estimate from CLASSIC COLLISION. A guy ended up going outside to take a look at my car but would not give me an estimate. He just wanted me to hurry up and schedule to get it repaired and let Classic Collision work with the insurance company. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE REASON I CAME BY. I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FROM CLASSIC COLLISION!!! Classic Collision will not have a customer get in the way of its process (or as I refer to it, "racket") with insurance companies and do an independent estimate for the customer. I also got the vibe that small jobs are of little value to them - "no big deal to fix" and apparently not even worth the time of providing an estimate requested by the customer. I can only imagine the quality of job and extended "service" if I were to entrust them with my vehicle. And what about the person who plans to pay out of pocket, with no insurance affiliation?! He can't dare even get an estimate upfront!! So, I moved on to a nearby repair company who treated me as a valued customer. I am done with Classic Collision! read more

I freaked out when it looked like the radio was missing upon getting our car home but Ben returned my call within minutes, explaining that the radio faceplate had to be re-attached. My wife had her rear bumper damaged, and the person that hit her had Geico. Geico had an insurance agent there to help assess the damage. Both the rep from Classic Collision and Geico were great to work with. They even offered to fix a previous scratch on the bumper for free. The contacted my wife several times with email updates so she could keep track of the progress. They finished the whole thing in 2 days, and it looks like new. They did such a great job, I'm going to be bringing them my car to touch up a few spots. read more

This company repaired the hood of my Isuzu Trooper following a tree limb incident. What a crappy job. Sanding marks all over the hood, improperly sanded bondo. This is terrible quality. This is the second time a car we had repaired there had to be re-sprayed. Why State Farm has these people as a recommended repair facility escapes me. read more

Long story short I was in a fender bender recently and was referred to Classic Collision by the Chevy dealership. They work with the insurance company paying for the damage so I thought this will be nice and easy. Little did I know at the time...I would be very wrong. My car is not the every day car. It's a little more expensive and parts had to be shipped from the facility where it was built. No issue there as I want it to be as perfect as it was before the accident. I got email updates as to what was going on but when I replied to the emails to see when it would be ready, no replies. I got an email stating that I should be able to pick the car up on that afternoon and when I replied to verify, no response. Since I work for a living I can't just leave my job and hope that the car is ready so I call to see if the car is ready...am told that it is still in the paint shop and would be ready the next day. Picked up the car the next day and one of the comments was 'we didn't even have to paint it...got a dent removal service to come out'...ummmm, odd but OK. I walked up to the car and inspect where the accident happened. Looks good. Car looks like it was cleaned as well....good deal. That was quickly diminished as I go to open the driver side door and find that whomever was in there last had half vaccuumed it, did not wipe it down, scraped their work shoe along the speaker leaving some thick mud-like substance in the speaker holes, dirty hand prints on the steering wheel as well as the door (lite leather interior). That is completely fixable so I got over that fairly quickly. Once I got home and got out to really look around I noticed that not only is the driver side door chipped and missing paint, but the passenger side door is scratched and has chipped paint. The doors were just fine before it was dropped off at CC and neither were involved in the accident so I know that it was just a careless employee (maybe whomever half ass'd cleaned it) who had to have messed them up. Obviously I can't prove it otherwise I would've called my rep and raised hell. All I can say is INSPECT THE ENTIRE CAR before you leave the premises. Don't just inspect the reassembled area because your car is in their hands and from what I experienced they are NOT careful and seem to only be in it for the money...not the customer care that they need to be in it for. i won't be going back for any reason unless this is corrected. Again, I can't prove it so there isn't much I can do about it. Just be careful to INSPECT the entire car; otherwise go somewhere else. read more

I took my Lexus RX to Classic Collision this morning to get an estimate for repair of a 'bumper thumper' I experienced last night (guy behind me ran into the rear of our car while we were stopped at a light). Account Manager Ben McIntyre evaluated my car's (relatively minor) damage and then quickly had me pull it up next to repair bay where of his technicians quickly and professionally repaired the damage. When I asked him how much - he replied 'no charge, but you might want to tip my tech'. Needless to say, I was happy to do so... especially since I had just visited another repair facility up the street and their quoted repair cost was almost $700! I can assure you, in the future I will surely take my business to Classic Collision and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives! read more

I have worked with classic collision over the past 6-7 years. I have 5 drivers and one accidents and a few fender benders. I can say the following. The estimates are accurate, complete and clear. The communication is timely, current and frequent. The work is excellent and warranteed. The service advisors, in my Michael Jordan and knowledgeable and do a great job working through any issues on approach with in insurance or other matters. I highly recommend classic collision. I got into a pretty bad accident and my insurance company sent me to Classic Collision. The damage was the entire length of the driver's side, and I would need a new door. Classic Collision estimated it would take 8 days to fix. My car was there for 2 weeks. That's not incredibly surprising; I've rarely experienced repair shops that underestimate time needed to fix my car. Although, a full week over is a bit more than expected. Once my car was finished, I picked it up and drove home. Later that evening, as I was leaving, I tried to unlock to driver's door (I do not have key-less entry). It would not unlock. I called Classic Collision the next day; they had forgotten to re-key the lock. I guess they figure I have a master key that can open any door of my car s make and model. I had to bring it back in, and they estimated it would take 2 days to get the lock smith to fix the door. My car was there for 1 week. All in all, they did a terrible job. The driver s door will not stay open; it automatically slams shut (sometimes on my leg!). Also, my steering wheel makes an awful noise when I have to completely turn it (parallel parking, etc.). If I am ever in need of service to my car as a result of an accident, I will be firm in telling my insurance company that I refuse to take it to Classic Collision in Roswell read more

I called this place to negotiate some things about my repair and spoke with a manager by the name of Ashley and she told me we couldn't talk about it on the phone that I had to come in.. I told her that I was on my way. When I got there she had gone to lunch. So I had the receptionist call her on her cell phone and she very disrespectfully said repeatedly., sir I'm at lunch, sir I'm at lunch., give the phone back to the receptionist. I drove 45 minutes to get there during my own lunch hour and she wanted me to wait there until after her lunch which was told to me by the receptionist. The tow truck was at my home trying to figure out where I wanted it towed and I didn't have an hour to wait. I hate to deal with people that acts like my business is not important to them. If this is the customer service manager I would hate to meet the owner. She knows I have a $10,000 claim and doesn't care if they fix my car or not. I would not reccommend anyone to go to this place!! I found a company with a better rating and service has been great so far, it's called Georgia luxury automotive! read more

DO NOT USE! I took my Jeep in to have a rear end collision repaired and received awful service. The biggest problem was that they were going to charge to replace the liner in the rear wheel well but all they did was cut off the bent part and left the rest of it in there that only covered 2/3rds of the wheel well but they were charging for a NEW liner. They were simply hoping that I wouldn't notice. Secondly their customer service is awful. I asked the, to repair a paint ding at the same time and they didn't make that repair even though it was on the estimate and marked for repair when I dropped it off, they just "forgot". Continuing bad service I told them when I was going to be available to pick it up no fewer than 5 times yet not one of the people I told ever seemed to remember. Finally when they finally realized and listened that I wasn't going to be able to pick it up as soon as they wanted (ignoring I told them this 5 times before) they asked me to simply email all of my credit card info and validation so to them in an unsecured email so they could close it out faster not realizing how that may put my financial info in jeopardy. Well I'm glad I did not pay it due to how badly and shoddy the repair was done as I'm sure they would have not corrected their mistakes. Be very cautious of using them!! I would avoid this place at all costs. I had an insurance claim and this was GEICO's preferred vendor so I just had my car towed there for them to work on. We sent the acknowledgement for Classic Collision to do the work the day it was towed into their location. Actually got a call back from them that day stating that they had recvd the vehicle and the acknowledgement to start working on the vehicle, which was a Friday. I called back the next Friday and was transferred to Michael. Michael informed me that he had no idea why my car was there and didn't know what to do with . He said that GEICO didn't provide him with the estimate. I was actually copied on the email sent to Classic Collision so that was one lie of many that he gave me. Still decided to leave the car there for Classic Collision to work on even after I have been lied to. I called back the following Tuesday and spoke to Michael again and he informed me that he had not started working on it yet because it was just assigned to him the day before, which was another lie. I proceeded to tell him what I thought of him and then I moved the car to another collision center because of the horrible experience at Classic Collision. read more

WARNING!!!! SCAM!!! This company orginally did work on my cadillac srx. The driver side fender had been hit. When we got the car back the paint on the passenger fender was now peeling very bad when nothing was wrong with it when delivered. I take the car back and was told by Jeff boyd that when they peeled the masking tape that they used to cover it it then pulled the clear coat off in a huge area and that he was not reposible cause the paint wasnt of high enough quality. I then take it home and jack the car up to inspect the work cause im a mechanic myself.. I found that THEY CHARGED THE INSURENCE COMPANY FOR PARTS THEY DID NOT REPLACE and because of this the quot was almost twice what the insurence originally said. I take it back to speak with chris the owner and jeff again and they said my insurence told them to use used parts even tho the parts in question were the exact part i sent the car there wih also that the factory paint is not of high enough quality for them to be responsible. I asked the owner how he determines if the paint is of high enough quality and was kicked off the property with nothing done about my car. These people are liers dont go here read more

My car had major hail damage(over 500 dents) and took the car into them. The service rep, Jim, was very specific and direct about how they could repair the dents. Not knowing how the repairs could be done without total replacement of parts, I was skeptical to say the least. He told me that if I wasn't completely satisfied with their repairs they would replace all damaged parts. While I had the car in for hail damage I asked for the front bumper to be replaced as it cracked and we didn't know how it happened. The hail damage was repaired to perfection!! I was astonished and impressed! Then when they took the front bumper off, they found hidden damage to the radiator support arm, supports for the headlight and clips holding the bumper on. The sound dampening cushions were also missing. When all of this damage was found, they contacted me immediately and sent photos showing all the damage. Jim contacted my insurance company and detailed the damage and sent photos to them as well. At first my insurance company didn't believe that much damage could have been there and me not know it was that severe. Jim's definitive explanation, notes and photos left them convinced the damage was real and definitely warranted. Jim kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. I had used Classic Collision in the past and felt comfortable taking my car to them, but this time was truly exceptional! Jim took care of all the insurance communication and dealings so I didn't have to be a go-between. I'm thankful for the help Jim provided throughout the repair process!
