I've been bringing my Honda Civic to this dealership for service for as long as I can remember, and…read moreBryan Diete in the Service Center is a huge reason I continue to come back. Bryan has helped me numerous times over the years and consistently goes above and beyond. Most recently, I had to bring my car in after an accident and go through the insurance process, which was obviously a stressful situation. Bryan made the entire process so much easier. He coordinated directly with my insurance company, recommended a great towing company, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my car was taken care of and repaired properly. They also provided me with a loaner, so I wasn't left without a car while everything was being handled. What could have been a really frustrating and stressful experience was made so much easier because of Bryan and the entire Honda Service Team. Bryan is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. I always feel like I'm in good hands when I bring my car in. I highly recommend Bryan and this service department. I truly appreciate all the help they've given me over the years!

Thank you to Mr. Bob at Toyota for giving my 21‑year‑old son the best first car‑buying experience…read more Bob was patient, transparent, and truly cared about helping him make an informed decision. He let him test drive three cars, explained all the features, and provided real payment comparisons based on realistic credit and down‑payment options. We checked Honda afterward, and the experience was night and day. No transparency, no breakdowns -- just three random payment numbers on a sheet and pressure to choose one. Fees were inflated by more than $6K, and the salesman didn't even know what a bill of sale was. Bob earned our trust immediately. He spoke our language, understood why we wanted comparables, and even taught my son how to read and understand the numbers. Highly recommend Bob. Honest, knowledgeable, and truly customer‑focused.

I had sold the dealership a Ram truck and was told at the time I would have my check within a couple days. Fast forward nearly a month and still no check. Somehow the dealership can sell the vehicle I sold them in @ a week's time but can't pay me what is owed because they are waiting on paperwork. They somehow are worried that I can come back and claim the truck is still mine or there might be a title issue. Even though I'm sure a title check was completed and payoff was confirmed. But none of those issues hindered them from immediately selling the vehicle. The best part is no one returns phone calls. I went into the dealership two days ago and of course the manger was not in. I was told "Someone will call you back today." Three days later no call back. They will happily take your money. Don't expect any follow up from them afterwords.

(10/10 Experience!)…read more I recently bought a car from Saint Charles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Bobby! From the moment we pulled up, Bobby was already outside making sure the car was spotless and ready for us to see. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Bobby's years of experience and knowledge--especially when it came to Jeeps--really showed. Any question I had, he had an answer (or found it right away). When it came time to talk numbers, it was refreshingly easy compared to past dealership experiences. What stood out the most was that Bobby never felt like a "pushy salesman." Instead, it honestly felt like talking to a friend who wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He got all the paperwork done quickly and made the whole process stress-free. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and friendly, and together they helped me find my dream car--even if it was just a little over budget, it was worth it. If you're in the market for a new car, I would 100% recommend asking for Bobby. He's the kind of salesman that makes you want to send all your friends and family his way!

These guys are running a scam over there, the "pictures" they showed me of my car before they worked on it where super low res, and the angles of the wheels where blatantly steep looking down at an angel so severe, you couldn't see anything and they where claiming the marks were there when I dropped it off. Whatever you do, don't buy there and for the love of God, don't let those goons touch your car. If I could post a negative number of stars they'd get a -10. Gaslighters.
