The normal guy went part time and he was always friendly. It's something about "paying" for something and the person doesn't even just greet you or say hi or thank you! Highly disappointed. 5 star for food; 1 star customer service and 3 star for the portion difference.

The lady, as usual, was very nice but the atmosphere was questionable as 'Leprechaun' was playing on the TV (a slash and dash horror movie) and 4 working class men at the bar which is fine but they were loud and they sat us right next to them when the whole place was empty. For those that say, 'I should have asked' is a kin to me having to ask for good service. I won't 'ask' for good service. If i have to ask it's already a negative experience. The Stromboli was impossible to cut and lacked in cheese. I had one good bite on my half (my wife and I shared). Good portion... of very poor stromboli. I will not be going there again unfortunately. Not worth the risk any longer with prices as they are. Sweet tea was good though. That night my wife and I had a small tiff about picking a dive for our 'date'. Not making this mistake again.
