I will close by saying the store has an in-store lab and this attention to detail is so important especially for progressive lens and people with astigmatism. Apparently they didn't have enough work to do. Their conversation was easily overheard by patients in the waiting room. It was even more disturbing when the doctor joined in. Very inappropriate. After my doctor sent 2 referrals, Quantum still didn't have a referral for me. One of the office ladies said she would call for a referral; however, the wrong service was requested, and the referral did not cover the level of care I needed. I didn't realize this until after the appointment when I started investigating. Now I need to start all over again and explain this to my insurance company to be sure I get covered for the care I need.

The police were called and they had me trespassed from the property. But I knew that was what they would do. So funny to me, because I have been wanting to get away from them, months ago! Moral of the story: it took them 8 months to do what myself and 3 cops did in 5 minutes. THEY FINALLY HANDED ME ALL MY RECORDS!!
