I was looking forward to trying Overland Optical in Overland and although the staff was…read moreknowledgeable .... I will NOT be going back! All I wanted was to find an eye doc and staff that would help and listen. Finding a pair of glasses has always been difficult for me. This experience started off hopeful, but after I got my glasses it went downhill! I paid a WHOLE LOT of money for a pair of glasses that have been nothing but trouble and are now causing my vision to be worse. Each time I went back for an adjustment and / or expressed my concerns / worries in regards to how the glasses were working out for me, it always ended with "give it a little longer". On my final visit I was told my glasses were no longer under warranty. OF COURSE NOT! Yes, I accept my part in not knowing the exact date my warranty expired, but as mentioned, when I would go in for assistance I was trusting the experts. It became harder for me to express my concerns as I was now starting to feel very much like a number and once they got my money my concerns were not important enough to be heard. This may not be the case for everyone, but was for me. If anyone knows of an eye doc and staff that truly want to help, please let me know.

Reasons why Kid's Glasses Inc really deserves more than 5 stars…read more.. 1. Bryan truly cares that customers get glasses that are perfect for their size, style, and personality. His daughter has an eye for this as well and is a super helper when hunting for the perfect frame! 2. We got a price quote on a very similar frame from our eye doctor's office and the difference in price was almost $200 (crazy right?). It's so rare to find a business that truly cares about whether or not you get the best value for your money. They care!! 3. Kids Glasses Inc carries an amazing selection of small-framed glasses (I'm talking significantly more than any of the other stores we've visited). The glasses-wearing experience for a child is so much more fun when they truly have a choice. (We purchased Tomato Glasses for our 4 year old and I would highly recommend them to any young, active kids!) *Sidenote- they also carry teen and adult glasses, which I've purchased for myself as well! :) 4. (COVID 19) Kids Glasses Inc takes great care in making sure that customers are safe and unexposed. During this pandemic, one family is allowed in at a time (by appointment) and every single item or area that is touched is sanitized. Masks are worn by employees and are required for customers who meet mask-wearing criteria. 5. They are very knowledgeable about all things eye glasses! Ask Bryan a question about frames/lens coatings/insurance/ repairs and I can almost guarantee he'll have the answer. You can absolutely see that it is not just his job, but his passion. 6. When you shop here, you are supporting a FAMILY and a local business. I could go on and on about why you should visit, but really, you should just go there and see for yourself. We are on our 5th pair of glasses from Kid's Glasses Inc and at this point, I won't go anywhere else. :)

I had never…read moreonce, in the many years I've worn eye glasses, had any fun whatsoever while buying them until I came here. Kaitlyn, the Optician, encouraged me to try on as many frames as I pleased. She just let me go at it, helped me have a lot of fun, and answered all of my questions. At no time did I feel rushed or the slightest pressure to "buy up". Kaitlyn simply let Clarkson's wide variety of frame styles and colors, quality and value speak for themselves. In the end I bought 2, including a top tier designer pair of eye glasses. Both pair is of much higher quality yet cost A LOT LESS than I always paid for 2 pair at that other optical company that perpetually advertises "two-fers". So if you ever read my review, THANKS, KAITLYN. And I will be back.
