First, after trying out more than ten different pint samples for one room (various different brands) I was in Columbia Paint bemoaning about my difficulties and reluctance to try yet another sample... when Leslie suggested she could hep with a color consultation. I will never again buy samples without a consultation! For less than the cost of all those paint samples I'd bought, Leslie helped me pick out colors for four rooms! Admittedly, I am a bit challenged when it comes to decorating, but what a delight it was to have the color selection narrowed down to a few options that all flowed well from room to room. (Of note, the painter I used said he got a better contractor deal at this store than other Benjamin Moore stores he's used.) After the painting was done, it was time to buy new blinds and, of course I went back to Columbia Paint. While there was an initial miscommunication and error in ordering, Leslie and the owners did everything absolutely possible to resolve the issue in any way that it took to make me happy. Which, in my opinion is the true reason for a 5-star rating - Let's face it, mistakes happen, and how they handled it was spectacular. Every employee I've talked to in the months I've been going there has been friendly and helpful. Columbia Paint has earned my business for life and I will always recommend their store and Leslie's decorating skills.

I finally got painting my daughter's room. I picked up some paint at Lowe's. I ended up going with…read moreValpar. This was my first time painting anything in our house. The process was a little bit confusing. I didn't realize we had to pick out the base first and then add the paint to it and I couldn't really determine like what the difference between the different base pink cans were obviously I know the difference between the finishes, but the difference is in quality were not clear. I wish they had an example of what the paint qualities would look like on a sheet or something to make it easier for people to determine and make that decision otherwise we really like how it turned out I even was able to pick up a few discount pink cans for my son's room and at checkout, I was able to add the color I ended up getting for my daughter's room to my Lowe's account so that way if we ever need to get more, I can order it that way, and not have to guess on the name of the paint the discount paint was not able to be added to my Lowe's account unfortunately I wish they would add that barcode too so people can add that color especially since it's discount if I wanted to get more, I have no idea how to color match that so now I'm a little bit hesitant to use my discount paint but otherwise it was a pretty good experience. The store is pretty organized, and there are some employees there that offered to help out the process was still confusing even with the offer for help but I appreciate them trying. I also always enjoy going over to the garden section and looking at the discount plants. I have a bit of a green thumb humble brag so I like getting the discount plants that are nearly forgotten or on their death and seeing if I can revitalize them and bring them back to life. It's a nice way to get extra plants for not a lot of money and it makes me feel good that I'm getting the ones that are forgotten parking lots pretty big and people will help you if you ask prices I think are pretty fair

My experience with this store was all over the phone. We needed a new mattress *that* night, and it…read morewas a Sunday. I called the store and Sean (Shawn? Apologies on spelling) spoke with me. I told him I was looking for a memory foam mattress that wasn't too terribly much. He first mentioned one for about $570. I said how about something more in the $300-$400 range. He found one and gave me the product number so I could see it online. It was a Serta with good reviews. This was for a guest room in my home and he said there's 30 (or was it 60?) day return...but he warned me there is still a fee to exchange. No problem, I understand. I tell him that if I can get that mattress out the door for $400, I can make the payment now. He was able to offer it for that price after taxes and also include a mattress cover. Score! I had 1.5 hrs to go pick it up at the warehouse before they closed for the evening. My experience with the store was great. Sean listened to me when I gave my budget, and he was very helpful so that I could pick up the mattress that evening. Great service! Thank you very much! We had previously visited Costco and Lowe's, but after reviewing their in-store selections, we weren't satisfied with the available options. Brian, who works in the appliance department, was very helpful. We initially considered side-by-side models; however, we quickly realized that the size would make it difficult to fit through our doorway. Brian explained that delivery contractors no longer remove refrigerator doors when the unit has an exterior ice and water dispenser due to the internal hose connections. There was one side-by-side model available in stock, but it was far too small for our needs. Brian then suggested a counter-depth option. While this wasn't my first choice--since I do prefer having an exterior ice and water dispenser--we ultimately decided it was the best fit given the limitations. The delivery contractors arrived within the scheduled time window and were both friendly and efficient. So far, we are very pleased with our new refrigerator and truly appreciate Brian's guidance throughout the process.

Juan was courteous and did a good job. I was however surprised he did not go on the roof to inspect the cap, but stated it was in good shape with no damage.
