Dr Clark was the best dentist ever. Linda his hygienist is also the best! Unfortunately Dr Clark retired and the current front desk staff is awful and rude. Margarita is an absolutely horrible office manager who would not take or return my phone calls regarding insurance issues. She is so lazy that she told me to call my insurance company my self when they lost the check because she didn't feel like waiting on the phone herself to speak to the insurance company. The practice really messed up when they hired this awful office manager and they have ruined the image of what once was a lovely practice. Beware if you have any insurance issues here the lazy office manager Margarita will not help you!! read more

I've been going here since 2014. Although this is about 25 minutes from my home, I still come in for my dental check ups. I like the ease of getting my appointment, then my name getting called, quickly into the seat and start cleaning. Afterwards, my dentist will come to see me. Pretty efficient! I've seen Brittany and Linda A as my dental hygienist and Dr Nguyen I've been a repeat customer for almost four years now. Surprisingly I haven't even wrote a review yet! Just joined this practice and had my first visit this past week. After reading all of the reviews on Yelp, I realized this was the practice I should join. Had a good first visit, but they said I needed things that my previous practice didn't indicate. So I will contact them before having those things done. Great staff and doctors! Had booked way in the future and the staff worked with me to get my records and x-rays in advance. Gabby is wonderful to deal with and extremely professional. Julie is a wonderful hygienist. Its easy to tell she has been doing this for a long time as she is extremely knowledgeable and has a great rapport with the patients, most notably me since that was the interaction. Dr. Delaney was very nice, somewhat blunt and straightforward. Though I liked her, I'm a little concerned that the recommendations are for unnecessary and costly dental work that really aren't needed now since my previous practice that I just left was unconcerned about. Still feeling out this practice, but like all of the other reviews, I would highly recommend a visit here. The practice seems very busy as there were plenty of patients waiting when I arrived just after they opened and a pretty packed waiting room when I left. I can sleep again!!! Dr. Clark had a mouth piece device made for my husband who has sleep apnea. There were countless sleepless nights in conjunction with the fact that I was constantly worried if he stopped breathing. This mouthpiece has been our savior. I highly recommend getting this mouthguard over a CPAP machine or whatever else there is on the market today to prevent snoring and breathing disruption. I also think highly of Dr. Clark and his team, especially Julie. What a sweetheart of a dental hygienist. She makes going to the dentist so much better in every way. read more

I loved this dental practice before but Dr.Clark who I'd seen my whole life has left and I recently saw two new dentists the first for a cleaning and now this last week another dentist for fillings. For cavities that could've been avoided if they'd let me get sealant like I asked for. Anyway got the cavities filled and now the right side of my mouth is in constant pain and I can no longer chew on the right side due to pain. I tried waiting it out but it isn't getting better. Also the dentist was training someone as I was getting my fillings which wasn't something I signed off on but it wouldn't have been a big deal if she said something first. Anyways I'm in constant pain and can only chew on the left side please look elsewhere. read more

I've been a patient for a couple of years now and have always had a very good experience here. Professional, friendly, clean facility. I usually see Dr. Nguyen who is friendly and personable (and professional). Only suggestion is that my hygienist is a bit heavy-handed when working on my teeth. She's pretty young, so she may just need to hone her skills. It hasn't bothered me to the point of asking for a new hygienist, but I do hope she learns a lighter touch. My wife and I have had our dental work done by Dr. Delaney and her staff for quite a few years, with a consistently high opinion of her skill and interpersonal manner. Most recent example: one of my old crowns fell out at evening dinner, after her office closed. I called, leaving an urgent message in voicemail. Dr. Delaney called in just a couple of minutes, providing immediate guidance, and agreeing to squeezing in an appointment for me the next day. The old crown is now re-cemented to get me through the next Covid-constrained months, with a new crown to proceed as general circumstances improve. In short, my urgent need was handled very quickly and efficiently by this dentist office, and with a pleasant and personable dentist interaction as a bonus ! read more

I've been going to this practice for 20 years - they've taken care of me since I was a child all the way through adulthood. I've never had a problem (though it's probably important to point out that I've also never had a cavity or oral surgery). I did have some orthodontia issues when I was younger which was fixed by an expander and retainer, and as an adult I got Invisalign, and all of this was done efficiently and expertly by Dr. Clark. The office staff, receptionist, and dental hygienists are consistently wonderful and have been during my whole time here. Dr. Delaney is a great asset and has a wonderful bedside manner. All of the doctors are experienced and know their craft. I'll keep going here as long as they are in business (and I expect that to be a long time). Highly recommended. read more

I had an appointment with a hygienist. It is not like before. They partially cleaned the teeth and kept on saying everything is fine. I was not happy about it. Then the Dentist tells me that I have a cavity by just digging into one of the front teeth, If I have been with them a long time and did everything they asked why should suddenly things go wrong? read more

After having a horrible experience with another dental practice, and waiting a year to try again, I was sent here by a co-worker who, along with his family, has been a long time patient. After a half hour or so, I am pain free for the first time in 14 months and have a treatment plan I believe in and is more than reasonably priced. Great business! Fast service - have never waited more than 10 mins for an appointment, and I've been there ~10 times over the past 5 years. Twice I've gotten an emergency appt within 36 hours of asking. The dentists, assistants, and front desk folks are all awesome. Insurance issues handled flawlessly and quickly. The dentists and the front office staff are great. They are accommodating with finding you a time that works and the wait isn't too bad. The hygienists are hit or miss, depending on who you get. My last visit, the hygienist made me show her how I floss and then proceeded to tell me I was doing it wrong and JAMMED the floss into my gums. Not my favorite and I won't be seeing her again but the dentists are great. read more

If you are looking for a conservative practitioner, who avoids unnecessary intervention, and a kind and accommodating administrative staff, this could be the practice for you. I have come to this practice for over a decade. I recently went to a different practitioner for a cleaning, who said that I had 6 cavities as well as other damage in need of immediate repair. I called Dr. Clark's office in a panic, and I was able to see Dr. Clark within three days. After an exam, he said that he would not treat any of the teeth noted by the other dentist. He compared my x-rays and physical exam to previous notes and said that things had not progressed since my last visit, that my diligence to his oral hygiene and dietary recommendations was successfully keeping the situation stable, and that he would not recommended intervening. He explained that whenever we drill into a tooth, we compromise the tooth, weakening it, and setting it up for further damage and intervention. His philosophy is that if we can keep things from progressing, nothing needs to be done--wait for a problem to be a problem before drilling. I appreciated this conservative approach, and was surprised at the difference in diagnosis between similarly-credentialed practitioners. So, if you are looking for a conservative dentist, this might be the place for you. read more

I have been a patient of this practice for over 15 years and wouldn't imagine going elsewhere. People think I'm nuts when I tell them I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist. The hygienists and office staff are so friendly, and Dr. Clark is always excellent. Besides regular cleanings the most extensive procedures I've had done are just fillings, but I've always felt relaxed and taken care of, and had no residual issues. Their office staff is always professional, helpful, and personable. I just switched to this practice and am so incredibly glad I did. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and professional. My hygienist, Wendy, took my complaints of sensitive teeth seriously and completed my cleaning with great care, even stopping several times to ask how I was doing. She gave me a few ideas how to deal with the sensitivity as well. Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and professional. I started coming here several years ago when a coworker recommended Dr. Clark for my braces. Our company didn't have dental, and Dr Clark (this practice) accepts bought on-line dental discount plans, so I made a consultation and found the staff to be really friendly. I was able to discuss what my actual pricing wound be up front with the discount plan, purchased the plan and got braces. Since I was going there monthly for my braces I transitioned my dental here from my childhood dentist who I'd been seeing roughly 20 years. (Another good dentist btw). I have to say I have no regrets. I absolutely love the staff. My hygienist Karin is the sweetest and is such a lovely person. She's never overly aggressive on my teeth and I always walk out feeling like I have a new smile. I recommend them to everyone I know. Five stars well deserved. read more
