We fell victim of fraudulent contractor home renovation. Clark was essential in helping us with filing complaint claim with ROC. He also was a great help during ROC inspection and mediation process. I had Clark come to my house to inspect. The buyers backed out of a sale because he stated there were cracks in the foundation. I hired a costly professional to come out to check, because even I panicked, and they laughed and said the foundation was just fine. Not only that, but he also reported the AC was not working correctly and he left my AC at 40 degrees in the middle of 115 degrees summer day. The AC went down to about 60 degrees in my house before we got home and caught it. Additionally, he left my door completely unlocked, my fence open and the back door cracked open. So unprofessional. I would never hire him for any of my personal use. read more

Thid ludicrous company checked most components. even ehen he found no problems, he would recommend the buyer hire an expert to be sure. exampled: A/c snd heater seem to work ok on this day, but suggest youhirean HVAC to be sure. no infestation noted but duggest exterminstor be hired to be sure. no roof leaks noted on newer roof, but it was a dry day so suggest you hire s roofing contractor to be dure. etc, etc. note: seller (me) is providing full home warrantee. SUGGESTING buyer spenf money on additionsl experts when this weak inspevtor avkknowlefged the roof, A/c hester system erc are working is unprofessional and costly to the buyer. Schexuled Clark for a 1 year new home inspection. Clark came to the house and seemed uncomfortable when i asked questions about how things should be. After a bit he figured our 12 foot ceilings were going to be a problem as he had no ladder tall enough to access the attic. I have a 10 ft A frame and a 20 ft extention ladder. He was not comfortable with either. He politely backed out of the job but i had to go hire another and schedule it for the next week. I would go elsewhere next time i need an inspector. read more

I am now a satisfied customer, Thank you Clark. (Initial review)...I hired Clark to complete an inspection of my new home prior to expiration of the one year warranty. He provided with me with two offers. The first offer was to show him all of the deficiencies I have found living in the home. The other offer was more of a general inspection. Clark did not take any initiative to identify any problems on his own as promised via text. No infrared was completed. Also as promised. Clark was great to talk to but not as an inspector.
