I showed up at my appointment time only to find out that they were closed an hour before my appointment time due to the holidays. This is frustrating. When I called Labcorp to find out why I wasn't alerted to this, they suggested that I should have called to double-check the hours. Why would I call? It had already been confirmed twice via email. I wish I had other options for labwork because I would definitely go somewhere else.
