I got there 30 min before they closed for a quick blood draw that my doctor ordered STAT, no one else was waiting. A few min later, I was told by a phlebotomist that they can no longer take anyone because it's too late. I called quest customer service and the representative told me their last available slot is 10 min before closing, and it was well before that time. But there was nothing she could do about it. Not sure what the point of customer service is if they can't help the customer when a location refuses to provide service. Then the phlebotomist tells me that she normally would do it but has a family emergency and needs to get home. So I said well what about the other phlebotomist? Apparently she had an emergency and needed to leave too. So don't come here expecting to get service, it appears that the employees have too much going on in their personal life to actually do their jobs. read more

I have a 9:00 am scheduled appointment as they strongly recommend. I get here and sign in 8:55 and at 9:24 technician comes out and takes a family that was scheduled at 9:10 and 9:20??? How does that make sense? I even said I have a 9:00 and she said the next technician will call me! It is now 9:29 and nothing Your message states that you strongly recommend appointments as they will be taken in order and that did not happen! Came here more recently (forgot to check in) for bloodwork and has no issues. There is no one to greet you coming in. You have to go to a kiosk and register. Once registered, you sit and wait for someone to come out and call you. They accept appointments and walk-ins. Appointments get first priority, so I suggest making an appointment online before coming here. I made an appointment online (which was confirmed via email & text), so all I really needed to do at the kiosk was scan my ID & insurance card. The wait wasn't too long (there were a few people already sitting there when I came in) and I was called right around my appointment time. The whole thing was quick and I was out within 10 mins. The one who drew my blood was nice and professional. She was the only staff member I encountered the whole time I was there. They have a sizable parking lot, so you should be able to find a spot. Only the second time I've been to a Quest (the other was in New Rochelle years ago - but this one was better), so I have really no complaints. I'd come here again if needed. read more

There are currently 20 people in the waiting room. Some have been waiting for 2 hours even though they had appointment. There is one person working. Nice way to run a business Quest. Let me add they close in 7 minutes. I placed one star only because yelp will not let me continue with none. The one person working is very kind and sweet but is placed in a bad situation. read more

They mistakenly took 8 bottles of my blood for a normal routine physical. Even the doctor was shocked. This was not necessary at all, I wonder if they're running experiments or selling my blood? I do not recommend this lab. The staff doesn't communicate well either. read more

Covid or no Covid. Give me a break. I called and appointments were recommended not required. So at 3pm ish on a Friday I went in. Walked in cautiously and cool, no one in waiting room except an employee lounging and on her cell phone. So I start to explain and get cut off after I say I don't have an appointment as she recommends the Mt Vernon or White Plains office. Yeah on a Friday afternoon. Thanks but no thanks. First time there , I was a walk-in, the lady who took care of me was so kind! While I was there a lady was mad that they were early & had to wait to be called , if you make an appointment, be there by the time of your appointment you will be seen at the time you scheduled, you scheduled it not them!! why give these ladies a hard time? if you want to be seen at a certain time well make your appointment as such , & you will have a pleasant experience like me ,,, I'm doing all my blood work there! read more

My 3 year old had an appointment for 7:30 am. We get there and the office is closed... two workers show up at 7:45 AND NOBODY HAD THE KEY... then miraculously someone shows up at 8 with the key... like how you make appointments for a time you're not even open???? I had a great experience there. The wait was short the service was friendly and the place was clean!

This place is horrible. Useless employees. Horrible system. When you call the phone number, it's automated only and you cannot ask any questions to an actual person. In the office, there are no employees present. Not one. You cannot ask anybody anything. I watched a 90 year old lady wait for an hour and then after seeing someone for 10 seconds they told her that they do not take her insurance. If someone would be available to patients to answer general questions either on the phone or in the waiting room, this would actually be a humane business. What a horribly run place read more

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I always have an appt and I still have to wait 30-45 minutes. The last time I was there I think I left my ID there -- there is no way to call and talk to a person to ask because their phone system doesn't allow it. Never going back. read more

Was sent by my doctor to drop off Covid-19 test, prior to medical procedure and also to have yearly physical blood work done. That was June 26, 2020, today is July 4th and still have not received results from Quest. I have contacted their "support" twice and have not received a reply from them either. Doctors...may be time to rethink using Quest facilities for your patients!! read more

So I was finally contacted by Quest in response to a letter I wrote them. I have to say that since this latest response they have handled the situation with complete professionalism. They went back to their customer service organization and made the proper corrections to their process and are looking into why I had such a bad hematoma at their facility. read more

I came in during the middle of a work day and there was still a long wait even though there was only one other person in the waiting room. The place looks very worn. After the guy was finished drawing my blood, instead of drawing the needle out smoothly, he pulled the needle straight up first, so that it made my skin tent around it. He had my skin pulled up by an inch with the needle! I could see absolutely no reason for doing this, and have never seen it done the many times that I've had my blood drawn. I had a bruise on there for a full day afterwards. read more

The worst lab ever. If you have an appointment and you're on time; don't expect to be called in until about a hour later. To make matters worse those who are late for their initial appointment make it worse and those who are walk-ins add to that dilemma. If you ever need any type of lab work done, please value your time enough and go somewhere else! read more

Worst place ever. I had an appointment for 8:15am and I was not seen until 10am. I don't get it, there was only one other person in the waiting room! The staff was also very rude, but these reviews clearly don't seem to make a difference for this business. I went to Quest at North Broadway in Yonkers on Tuesday at approximately 9:15am as a walk-in. I only waited 15 minutes. Veronica took care of me. Very kind, caring. Very clean area; efficient & knowledgeable. I will go back there in the future. read more
