Like seriously Quest is in network with Anthem....I even called my union a d the representative was like what...why are they charging you...they are in network smh...Quest if your in network with and insurance company you should not being charging $100 on the pts card becuase you want to make sure its covered. That should be resolved before the patient comes in. Or discussed in the contract you signed with Anthem to provide care for their members. Will definitely be looking for another lab to bring my business.
