This place is awful. Let us start with the actual facilities which are dingy feels dirty. Feels like they stay here due to low rent. Sign in was seamless and did not have to wait very long (probably because I ordered the blood test a la carte aka paid out of pocket) but the phlebotomist Kamal? blew my vein. Never felt pain like that before. He was a one man show bouncing from room to room so was probably on robot mode but nonetheless, this should never happen; my arm is still sore and hurt from this morning's blood draw. Quest is MUCH better, albeit more expensive. Especially with the new self test ordering stuff that has become en vogue. I will try a different location, but I will more than likely pay more for Quest...you definitely get what you pay for. Avoid this location for any testing. read more

Backwards. They enforce social distancing, allowing you to check in at a kiosk, enter your info and even set up for them to text you when you're next. The waiting room was packed and I decided to wait in the hall until I received the text. A woman was waiting in the hallway for over two hours because she did the same as me. I saw numerous people who came in after me, leave. I finally received the text. When I asked the front desk staff person whether they text first or call out the name, she stated that they call the name first and then text the patient. This makes no sense. You have 30 people in a small waiting room that has only 5 chairs. Everyone is standing on top of one another. Why the hell would I stay in there with all those people? Of course I'm going to wait outside. If you're offering people the option. To receive a text so that they don't have to be around so many people, especially during this moment in history, why would you not text th first? Instead, you call their name and when they don't hear you, they go on to the next person and the person after that, and then they call you. I literally watched a woman walk in AFTER I received my text, that got called up before they called my name. Makes no sense and I won't ever be back. Not to mention that the phlebotomist took his time coming to me, likely because he heard me complaining. This place is full of crap. read more

AVOID IF YOU CAN. SLOW WAIT TIME BECAUSE IT'S UNDERSTAFFED I'm only here for a drug urine test, but wow I can't believe the wait time. Even with the appointment, expect to wait an hour minimum. I witnessed someone who waited an hour only for their spot to be given away since they require masks, but DON'T provide so he had to wait again. IRONICALLY the doctor who worked with me was very pleasant. Seems like they're stressed because of the high demand, but only 2 people working there doctor and technician. It'd be a better place if they simply had more staff and better waiting room organization. read more

Not a great experience. The agent I spoke with on phone Todd me my insurance was not eligible but at office I learned it would have been covered. The actual address listed on my confirmation form and confirmation email had incorrect suite #. They are not on the second floor - they are in the basement. There was no one at reception and the scan/check in machine was broken. After 12-15mins waiting someone came out and called a bunch of names. Ultimately they did a fine job with the tests and I received the results promptly. The low review is because of the other items. read more

Two stars because the waiting room was clean and check in was easy. However I've never seen employees who hate their jobs more than the two working there when I was in. The lab tech literally didn't talk to me at all. I was ignored and grunted at while she did her work collecting my blood. All she said to me was "I don't care" in response to my question about which arm she needed, and "hold it for me" while she put the gauze on my arm after she was done. Just awful. read more

From the moment I walked in the woman in the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful. I came in with a minor and did not know how to use the machine because it prompts you to scan in your personal identification and a one year doesn't have an ID so I asked her how do I completed the system and she rolled her eyes and said to do it manually. After the displeasing front desk experience I moved into the back where the phlebotomist spent 15 minutes cleaning, putting together a box with a bag I assume to dispose of needles. Again, while I sit and wait for my one year old to get blood drawn for the first time. When he was done he started the blood drawn. The entire experience did not cater to a minor specifically no clear instructions on how or what I was to do with her. Overall, I will not be return or referring. As I was putting the baby back in the stroller in the front desk. I heard the receptionist being combative with another patient. She was getting a drug test for work but had her baby in the stroller. She would not allow her to get the drug test because of "policy". Although the women pleaded she has no one to help take care of the baby and can she please be seen. She was turned away. I would rate no stars if I could. Our child's doctor sent us for routine blood work here and it was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at a medical office. We arrived on time for our appointment but there was no one at the desk to check in with for over a half hour. Patients have to sign in on the walk in tablet and despite having an appointment the wait time was over an hour in the waiting room. Once back with the lab tech or whatever he is he was very rude and had absolutely terrible bedside manor with both ourselves and our daughter. We will never be going back. read more

Ahmed is a one-man show. Have been there four times in the last few months and he has to check-in patients and do the bloodwork. It is a wait but he is an excellent phlebotomist-one try and no more sticks-which is what counts for me! Thank you Ahmed. Hopefully, they will get him additional staff and he can stay in the back-because he is the best! The place is in high demand so I don't understand why they don't have more staff in the front. I would give it 5 stars if they didn't only have a 1 person staff. read more

I can't believe what I just experienced. I only wish I read the reviews here and Google before making the appointment. Both people in the office acted like it was their first day, which would have been fine if they weren't nasty too. There was a man and a woman working. The man was nicer than the woman but extremely rushed and rough. I've never had a painful blood draw until today. And the woman was shouting at every single person. They forgot the urine sample so after basically throwing the cup at me and me having to ask where the bathroom was, the room I chose had no soap or running water. So there's that. Hope this place either gets shut down soon or they hire more people. There's no reason someone should be waiting an hour just to pee in a cup. Each patient I saw get called into the office was in there for around 15-20 minutes which is ridiculous because no test should require that much time. Quite literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. I saw the reviews on this place but thought, how bad can it really be? It's that bad. Extremely rude and incompetent staff, I was told the wrong time by the woman at the desk for the test I needed done two separate times, and had to come back three times. THE WORST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Came here before 8. I'm 8 months pregnant and had to get a glucose exam that consists of 3 hours under fasting. When I get there the kiosk is down.. the girl (w/ braids) says sign in. We wait, people before us were waiting she was the only one attending together with the technician that draws blood (which btw had his gloves on). A lady in front of me already check'd-in on the app all she needed was to confirm her insurance. The girl in the front (w/ the braids) proceeded to help two men that had difficulties w/ their paper work and the technician couldn't continue helping. That lasted 1/2 an hour now it's 920 or so ( on a Saturday and the lab closes at 11am). When they finally call the lady in front of me, the girl calls me up and she asks for my prescription and ID+ Insurance card. Technician at this point disappears & goes back to attend the lady.. by now it's almost 945. All of sudden the girl stops attending me tells me to sit down and takes over helping the men that the technician was helping. I literally sat there for 2 hours before i approach the window and tell her, listen I got here before 9 and I am here for a 3 hour test. Her response was.. well we close at 11 so you're gonna have to come Wednesday. I'm like are you serious?!?! SO UNPROFESSIONAL- UNDER STAFFED.. not to mention the SANITARY WARNING w/ the technician coming back and forth with his gloves to help her out! Tg I left and came else where but I have the whole morning fasting and couldn't get anything started in this location. Horrible do not go, please go somewhere else! read more
