I decided on Dr. Sokoloff because of his stellar reputation and his kind and positive manner. I appreciated the time he took to explain the entire process to myself and my children. They both felt much more comfortable knowing what to expect and having the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Sokoloff was also very honest and upfront regarding costs, which we found reasonable compared to others we had looked into. The office staff made working with our insurance company and arranging a payment plan easy and stress free. Over the years we saw Dr. Sokoloff, he was professional, encouraging, and patient. When my daughter went through some unrelated health problems that affected her ability to stay on top of appointments, he was understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make the necessary changes needed to assure she stayed on track until completion, without any further burden to us. When my son was away and lost his retainers, the office found us a local orthodontist in another state that he could go to get scanned so he didn't have rush home or wait for replacements. I will always be grateful for the way Dr. Sokoloff, Dr. Campbell (a wonderful addition to the practice), Patricia (at the front desk), and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond for my family. My ex-girlfriend who sucked the temporary tooth out of my mouth and I broke up about a year ago and as soon as my current girlfriend found out, she bluntly asked: "When are we going to hang out"? Long story short, I am meeting her right after this post. Incredibly, I got a BETTER version of a temporary tooth until the bone-graft tooth is ready OR the surgeon and doctor Ram come up with an alternate resolve. Honestly, I forget sometimes that I have a temporary tooth because I am all SWAGGED out. Meanwhile, I actually have "DO NOT DISTURB" scheduled on my phone because I cannot keep up with the phone calls and text messages from friends asking me to hang out, take pictures with them. Better yet, you may have already seen me in some tictoc cameos smiling and being jovial. My braces are off and when my dad and my stepmother recently to drove down to NJ and stopped by to see me. All they could say was.......you look different. My response to them was "I am a PRETTY BOY now". As I said, Pictures are full proof beyond reasonable doubts and I am ALL OF THE PICTURES. We discussed my plan according to that budget, and she set me up on a payment plan. The actual work was great too. Really easy to follow, and amazing results. The office, already very clean, made adjustments to abide by Covid protocols; I have complete confidence they are taking every precaution necessary.
