We even arrived late due to an accident on the highway and we're still accommodated in the in the most pleasant manner. The aurora and esthetics of this place is well maintained and I would definitely recommend this specialty to anyone looking for theses services! My son and I were very pleased with his consultation.

Ok so I'm getting my Invisalign treatment from Dr. Tina here who is a great person. I had a free…read moreconsultation for the treatment with another doctor (can't remember her name) and felt very welcomed and comfortable with her too. The receptionist just is the nicest person possible. However, my issue with this place is their lack of communication with the patient regarding the treatment plan. I plan on detailing my Invisalign journey with this place so here's the part 1: I got my X-rays taken and the trays arrived 2-3 weeks after which is standard. When I went in to get my trays, I had an uncomfortable experience. I had two people working on my teeth (had no idea what they were doing and neither did they explain). Clearly one of them was learning and the other was training her. I felt uncomfortable with my teeth being in someone's hand who probably had not done it before. At one point I said 'it's hurting' and the response was a curt 'I know.' This was a shocker, I mean she could have explained to me in a better way like oh this is normal because of ... " but nope. I was never told AT ALL that I was going to get huge attachments on the teeth in addition to the aligners. I'm sure there's good reason I got the attachment but I was extremely unhappy with the lack of communication. I almost felt betrayed because I was excited about getting 'invisible' aligners but no one told me I would have VERY visible attachments along with it. I came home and then after several people pointed out the attachments I called Dr Tina and she was nice enough to have me come back and see the issue. She told me attachments are important due to x y z etc but my issue was why didn't anyone tell me about the attachments before the treatment. It's my day 2 on Invisalign and I'm pretty ok with the Invisalign experience but I wish the doctor had told me earlier about the attachments so I could be mentally ready. I didn't know how many trays in total I needed for the treatment so I had to ask. All I knew was i need to change trays every 2 weeks. I had to probe the assistant about how many hours to wear Invisalign and what precautions to take, I wasn't told ANYTHING. I still find myself searching for answers on google as I wasn't guided at all by the staff or the doctor. I'll keep you all posted if the experience improves in the next few appointments.

I'm really disappointed with Melissa Alvarez, she is in charge for invisaglins in white plains NY…read more10601. She has no idea how to respect customers. My daughter went in for a checkup alone because I was working. Melissa Alvarez walks into the room with an attitude asking my daughter if she came with a parent. My daughter said no and thought it was okay since she gone alone in the past before. Also, she is 18 years old. Melissa Alvarez had the audacity to say to my daughter, "Okay but who paid for your Invisalign's?" excuse me? it was the disrespect she gave to my daughter. Melissa Alvarez explained how she couldn't do anymore treys of Invisalign's because it's already been five years. If she gave RESPECT and wasn't being NASTY to my daughter, everything would have been fine. I had to come in eventually, mind you I left my job to speak to this women, to hear what she had to say but she decided to give me an attitude AS WELL! Ridiculous and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I told her to show some respect and she started making faces towards ME. ACT LIKE A CHILD. I wanted to report this, but she said she is the head for Invisaligns here and stated it in a cocky way. Clearly, she needs to be replaced. I then spoke to my daughters dentist, (who was very professional and kind) so she could check her teeth. But Melissa's presence in the room made us uncomfortable. The dentist was explaining to my kid another choice for Invisalign's but I could heard Melissa in the background speaking to a different dentists asking what was for lunch! I told her to leave the room. Learn how to respect your customers. and don't be rude to the kids when parents aren't able to make it to the appointments.
