After a negative experience with a different office I found Dr. Suh and his team. From my first experience I knew I had found my dentist, here's why. 1. Clean, modern office. 2. Straightforward billing- at the start of your appointment you're told what to expect as far as billing goes (no surprise bills in the mail!) 3. It doesn't feel like Dr. Suh and his team are selling you anything- after your cleaning, he comes in, does a thorough check, asks you questions if something looks off and will tell you if it's something that needs treatment right away or not. He will explain, answer questions and show you on the monitor in the exam room what you need to know. HUGE brownie points for that. As a new patient they were thorough in asking how comfortable I am with dentist visits- I'm an oddball who actually enjoys dentist appointments- rest assured they will make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The detail that goes in to each visit is much appreciated by this over thinker. You get glasses to protect your eyes from any flying bits during your appointment. There's a small monitor if there's a program you want to catch up on. During the recent pandemic, machines to keep air particles to a minimum (something like that) were brought in to give everyone peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about this Dr. Suh and his team and recommend anyone who asks me for a good dentist in lower Westchester.

When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

My friend is very particular and picky when it comes to her teeth. She talked so highly about this establishment and insisted that I check them out. So of course I listened. Within the next few days, I called and booked an appointment with Stephanie who was attentive, friendly patient and extremely helpful when it came down to working around my busy schedule. The next day, I came in and was immediately welcomed by Christina whom I think was the office manager. She had a big smile on and was happy to hear about my first time visit. They honored my appointment which has never happened to me at any other dental office before. On my way in, I ran into Steph (who booked my appointment) and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Originally, I used a promotion for Groupon to start my treatment. The advertisement suggested the cost at $1,500, not surprisingly, my treatment wasn't as simple and it ended up costing about $4,500, which I thought was understandable for orthodontics. After a year o treatment and about 25 aligners, Dr. Antonio and I came to the decision that we could improve the straightness of my teeth even further, she did not charge me for the new aligners, only asked that I paid for the shipping (around $60). Unfortunately, what we thought would only be about 5 more aligners, ended up being 23 more, which again, was fine, but at that point I decided to speed up the process by going through the Propel treatment (around $750) and change my aligners every 5 days, instead of the most common 15 days. I highly recommend this treatment if one can afford it. Finally, at the end of the treatment, my teeth looked really good. I thought the lower teeth could have shifted a tad more, but it's completely unnoticeable and I figured it probably has to do with limitations of Invisalign as well as the shifting limitations of the teeth, and I also decided to go ahead and pamper myself to whitening, which I am very pleased with. Overall, I really like my new teeth, a lot, and Dr. Antonio and her team did a great job. I noticed a fellow reviewer who said that Dr. Antonio tends to up-sell her treatments or offer add-ons, that may be truth, but she's respectful to one's turning down those options. I was offered Propel right after I put my first set of aligners, which I declined at first, but decided to use for my second round of aligners. Do your research to choose what's best for you and your pocket. I was offered three different tiers of whitening, she suggested that the most expensive one was the best and most recommended, which I decided to go with, but one should do some research to see what's best for you. I do agree with some, I also find teeth cleaning costs a little expensive at her office (around $225 if I am not mistaken), and I decided to get it done somewhere else. Lastly, do not forget that at the end of orthodontics treatment, one must choose what kind of retainers one will use, and that will cost more money, so keep that in mind. I recommend Dr. Antonio, as I am very happy with my overall experience and am very satisfied with my new teeth!

I got a superficial filling done and during the filling I was experiencing excruciating pain, she gave me an extra shot which didn't help. After my filling, I was in constant pain and couldn't chew on that side of my mouth. I went back to the office twice to try to figure out what has happened. She suggested doing a cap, which was not medically indicated. Once she offered that, I got two other dental opinions and both agreed a cap was not indicated and the filling was improperly done, which had to be re done. This still didn't solve my pain problem, but has significantly improved. On top of this, her bedside manner is atrocious. I have seen her kick three different people out of the room during a routine teeth cleaning because they either passed her the wrong tool or accidentally dropped something. It made an already anxiety ridden experience so much worse. I am in the medical field and train new people and can not imagine treating someone I'm training or let alone a another human like that. I strongly discourage going to her.

He and the staff there are great, I had some pain yesterday morning and they were able to squeeze me in(they weren't open yet but they have the phones set up to there mobiles which is really great!), they had me in and out for a root canal in less than an hour, and it didn't hurt at all! he was very good with talking to me and letting me know what was going on, and answered all the questions I had, I strongly recommend them! Oh yeah, Tia rocks too, i'd be in trouble if I didn't mention that. I'm not scared to go to the dentist now, and I'm happy to have found a place with good people.
