Although the office was clean and i got called in for my appointment on time, my cleaning and experience with the hygienist Jacqueline was awful. Several times I had to tell her the suction wasn't set right as I was consistently gagging from the excessive saliva in my mouth, as well as getting splashed in my face. Her response, the water pressure was too high. When polishing my teeth, she caught my hair in the machine and I had to pull it to make her stop. Each time I expressed my concerns she responded rudely, even told me I have a problem. The dentist was polite and expressed his apologies. My mouth still hurts a day later. I know discomfort from cleaning is normal, however I should not feel pain. read more

I had an emergency situation over the weekend and I found this office was open. The staff was so pleasant and understanding of my situation and tried their best to make me comfortable. Once I saw the Dentist, they took X-rays and found that they couldn't help me totally. They wrote a script for me that would help calm the pain and directed me to an office that could. I waited two months for a teeth cleaning appointment only to wake up the day of to a text requesting a reschedule due to a lack of technician. When I called I assumed I would be provided a priority reschedule, but nope I would have to wait another two months. Not worth the wait. I could have found another provider. Disrespectful. read more

They are located right before cross county mall. OMG, the second you call this office (914) 207-6087 you deal with professionals, from the receptionists, the billing department, the hygienist to the doctors. They make you feel good, relax. This place is so CLEAN, spotless every where. They are always willing to help and accommodate your schedule. I started the first visit with a clean up, the following week fillings. Made me feel so comfortable that I decided to change a crown that I had (unhappy) for 10 years. A crown on my front tooth that took my smile away for 10 years. I started going here in Dec.2020 (this is a great dentist and dental office.) My front tooth broke & they got me in right away. I later had a crown/cap put on my front tooth by Dr. Fatouh. He not only did a great job, but he is so calm & gentle. I also had a cleaning done w Lea, who also was very nice, calm & gentle. And got an overview for the future work needed (& I do need alot of work.) I am normally a bit nervous when I go to any dentists. But everyone here was very nice to me, attentive, calming, accommodating & did great work. I'm planning on having more extensive work done here, because I feel that I have finally found a dentist & dental office that is right for me - & I've been to many dentists in my life, so I know a good one! I absolutely hate the dentist... that is until I came here! I sent my daughter here for a crown a year ago because she has some front tooth trauma. What a beautiful job they did. Her smile is perfection! All done in one day. Then I went to them myself, feared getting my fillings that were needed.. well let me just say. It was the most pleasant experience I've had in my 40 years. So good that I made an appointment for the following week to finish up. It's so hard to find a good dentist. How many people can say they love the dentist?! Well, I do now. Here's why: 1. They have awesome hours and are super flexible 2. Luz, at the front knows her stuff and will take care of you and put your insurance company in their place (politely). 3. They work as a team. Cheesy but true. They ask each other for help, support each other and everyone genuinely enjoys working there, you can tell. 4. I've brought my infant twins in with me on several occasions and they helped care for them as if they were their own children. 5. Milk chocolate sea salt caramels. (Yup, at a dentist office) 6. The dentists are normal people who talk to you about what they are doing. 7. A lot of their work (like making caps) is done in house so the wait time for stuff is cut in half!! 8. Dr. Inabi. The end. 9. Needed a tooth extracted while pregnant and was in a lot of pain the following days. Dr. Inabi called me that night and the next few days to check in on me. 10. I happened upon Central Park Dental earlier this year after suffering an off & on toothache. After googling & scanning reviews I decided to give this place a try. Luckily they were able to schedule me in on pretty short notice! I saw Dr. Innabi who did a thorough exam before laying out my options: a possible root canal might be in order (EEK) or a simple refilling of the tooth might just solve the problem. I was sent home with a two week course of antibiotics & extra strength Tylenol (just in case)... When I went back for the follow up appt, I was full well expecting (dreading) the possibility of a root canal - (never been down that road so really dreading)!! But the doc was definitely NOT pushing me in that direction as she felt the tooth looked pretty good overall (much to my relief)! In the end we decided to take the conservative route & she removed/replaced the filling. The doc saved my tooth & my wallet! :-) What I really appreciate about Central Park Dental is that I didn't get the sense they were trying to push any unnecessary procedures on me. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists & dentists are all professionals through & through! And I like that. A lot! I've returned twice for check-ups/cleanings since & will be going back every 6 months from now on. read more

I was here the other day for my very first visit after reading the positive reviews on yelp. I have to say the positive reviews were so true. I hate the dentist & even went to a sedation dentist for awhile but I was made to feel comfortable from when I first reached out to them. I had an issue getting my insurance verified & Karla resolved it. When I walked in the office Nicole was so pleasant checking me in, Janet was quick doing my x-rays & Dr Vickie was awesome. DR. FARAH. IS. AWESOME. I had a lot of dental work and many many bad experiences with previous dentists.. For this reason, I've delayed several fillings that needed repair and an apparent root canal which needed to be done. I was afraid to try someone new but I had to be willing to try again and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Farah single handedly squashed my phobia and for that, I have to thank her. Seriously, she's a Rockstar in my eyes and I would give her more stars if I could. For the first time in my life I met a dentist that is happy and loves what she does. I recommend this place 100%, my doctor Dr Vicky is great, super knowledgeable and quick. She explains what needs to be done and they don't try to convince you of root canal or other procedures that you don't need. Unfortunately I had very bad experience with other dental offices (high end, low end, tried it all) but this dental office is the first one where I feel safe and they know what they are doing. Everyone here is wonderful from the front desk staff to the hygienists and of course Dr. Fatouh. It's a great feeling to be comfortable and at ease in a dentists chair! They also do great work and are very thorough in treating their patients as well as talking you through everything that they are doing and what you need. My fiancé also comes here, he strongly disliked having any dental work done until I told him to make an appointment here with Dr. Fatouh. I don't even want to leave not even one star for these idiots... For wasting my time left home early to find the address waited in the car for at least a half hour till my schedule time. So I made an appointment one week in advanced i come on in and they said oh we where suppose to call you to let you know that your insurance hasn't Been active in years? Ok so now I know but damn they had 7 days to notify me about it? how do you forget, it's the weekend now and all insurance offices are closed now I gotta wait all the way till Monday to give them a call and had the office had notify me whiten the weekday I would have been fine call the insurance to have this problem fixed and been ready to go...and the lady at the front desk didn't seem to care and was kind of rude not even a apology to me...thumbs down for poor quality of customer service... read more

I love my dentist. I needed a referral to a desk dentist who has a gentle touch and this is the referral that I got. I've been going here now for about six years. Recently my back tooth broke. I woke spitting my filling out. After the filling came out, it was painful to breathe, brush my teeth and eat on the tooth that was affected. I immediately called the doctor this morning to find out if I could come and see him. First of all he answered the phone at 7:55 when they open at 8 o'clock. Second of all he was very nice on the phone despite the fact that he see it seemed as if he had just walked in. Then he actually remembered me although that I haven't been there since 2012...he also reminded me that I haven't been keeping up with my preventative appointments. so although now I need a crown I got my tooth fixed and I feel so much better thank you Dr. F!!!!!! read more

I was with another dentist in Pelham before I switched to Central Park Dental. Needed a dentist closer to home and one with flexible (weekend) hours. So far, so good! My only gripe is that their orthodontist is there only one day per week and with limited hours (11-5), making it tricky to schedule. Facility is near Cross County mall and has reasonable parking although it can be really tricky to park when it's fully crowded. (Spaces are bit narrow.) The office has updated equipment and is clean. One restroom for both genders but no coat hook in the restroom! read more

Hygienist, Ethel, is very thorough and gentle. Dr. Fatouh, in particular, is open, accepting and understanding of my questions and circumspection. This is the cleanest, nicest dentist office I've ever visited. There is convenient parking and and it is located conveniently. The Dr. is very informative and has great bedside manners. They really should post more pictures of the office. So... Why not the 5 stars you might ask? I am out of network for a lot of the services that I need and the out of pocket expense lets you know why the office is so nice....
