On Friday I showed up around 10ish and I told her that she told me to call Thursday for my Friday appointment but the office was closed and that my issue was an emergency. The office was empty and bland, the Doctor was standing nearby shaking his head "No". The Office Manager proceeded to schedule me an appointment for 2 weeks later for an EMERGENCY. They ask each other for help, support each other and everyone genuinely enjoys working there, you can tell. 4. I've brought my infant twins in with me on several occasions and they helped care for them as if they were their own children. 5. Milk chocolate sea salt caramels. (Yup, at a dentist office) 6. The dentists are normal people who talk to you about what they are doing. 7. A lot of their work (like making caps) is done in house so the wait time for stuff is cut in half!! 8. Dr. Inabi. After finding Dr. Dibbini, seeing good reviews, and reading that he studied dentistry at NYU, I felt comfortable scheduling a visit. My experience with his office exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really great. I went in for a check-up (x-rays and cleaning) and made a follow-up visit to have some cracked fillings replaced. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dibbini.
