He's kind, considerate, caring and doesn't try to make money off of you. He steers you away from unneccesary procedures. He has a no frills office and his staff is all family, from his wonderful mom, Mary to his wife, sons, and nephews. I moved to NC, came back to NY and back to his dentist chair. Appointments are made so that you're not waiting almost an hour to be seen... This office is one of the few that takes my insurance - and of that few, easily the best choice. They take most insurances from what I understand. Dr. Marrone is knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Parking in the area is a pain. During the daytime hours, you can find a spot in the street pretty easily. After about 3-4pm it gets a little more challenging. Saturdays are also difficult. Searching for a new dentist can always be a pain. You never know what quality you're going to get. At Dr. Marrone's office, you get that quality. I highly recommend this dental office.

The Office Manager called me on Wednesday (the next day) and she instructed me to call her back the following day (Thursday) and stated that she would schedule me for Friday. Remind you...this is an emergency. I called back on Thursday as she instructed me, only to hear a standard message that the office is closed on Thursday. On Friday I showed up around 10ish and I told her that she told me to call Thursday for my Friday appointment but the office was closed and that my issue was an emergency. The office was empty and bland, the Doctor was standing nearby shaking his head "No". The Office Manager proceeded to schedule me an appointment for 2 weeks later for an EMERGENCY. This office is unorganized, and unprofessional. I could feel the bad vibes as soon as I walked in. I would not recommend this business.

Several times I had to tell her the suction wasn't set right as I was consistently gagging from the excessive saliva in my mouth, as well as getting splashed in my face. Her response, the water pressure was too high. When polishing my teeth, she caught my hair in the machine and I had to pull it to make her stop. Each time I expressed my concerns she responded rudely, even told me I have a problem. The dentist was polite and expressed his apologies. My mouth still hurts a day later. I know discomfort from cleaning is normal, however I should not feel pain.

After finding Dr. Dibbini, seeing good reviews, and reading that he studied dentistry at NYU, I felt comfortable scheduling a visit. My experience with his office exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really great. I went in for a check-up (x-rays and cleaning) and made a follow-up visit to have some cracked fillings replaced. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dibbini.
