Best teeth ever! My son had braces from another orthodontist and he was not happy with the result. Two yrs after his braces he wanted to have another braces done. I took him to Dr. May Chu and boomed, his very happy with his teeth. Everybody he met commented on his beautiful teeth. That make me decide I want to have braces done also from Dr. Chu. Dr. Chu is truly the sweetest and most caring orthodontist. Her ability to transform my smile has been nothing short of incredible. I came to her with a severe posterior crossbite and an edge-to-edge bite in the front--my teeth were literally grinding against each other when I bit down. I was told that I would most likely need orthognathic surgery on both my upper and lower jaws to fully correct the issue, which was extremely scary for me. As someone with anxiety about getting their teeth worked on Dr Chu was extremely accommodating, friendly, and walked through the steps of what she was doing to make me feel comfortable. They were patient with me when I had to contact my dentist's office for an old x-ray of my teeth during the appointment which was much appreciated. I'm on a tight budget, so any money saved is a plus for me. I only had a small amount of work done, but the pricing seemed reasonable and Dr Chu was extremely upfront and transparent about how much the work would cost beforehand. When a minor issue presented itself regarding the work done they were able to promptly take care of it with no hassle. I am so happy I chose Dr. Chu as my orthodontist. She is a really kind person who is very thorough in her work. I trusted her to make my smile complete and that is exactly what she did. I began seeing drastic results within the first three months of my treatment and that made me so excited and even more hopeful of what was to come. Dr. Chu and her staff are wonderful -- so professional and efficient and good at what they do. I had my assessment and Invisalign done with Dr. Chu, and needed regular appointments every few months for nearly 2 years. She has Saturday office hours which was what I needed, she never made me wait long (always under 5 minutes), and the entire visit was usually more more than 15 minutes if we weren't doing a teeth mold or something like that.
