Both my friend and I felt incredibly welcomed and a lack of judgement. It was a refreshing experience and I don't know why I was surprised. Maurices makes cute clothes for a variety of body types and sizes, and they recognize that everyone has a right to feel fabulous. After 1 minute in the door and 4 items already in my hands, I told Sara I think I hit the jackpot! It's been awhile since I've been to Maurice's, so I forgot how much I love their selection! Sara hooked me up with a dressing room so I could free up my arms for my items. Another girl took the next batch and I was soon on my way to the fitting room to try on the 10+ items I found. While I loved everything, I narrowed it down and went to checkout. A few years ago I purchased some women's clothing from their catalog/online and the quality was good (given the premium prices), delivery was in the expected time. Unfortunately, three months ago, I purchased three pieces of clothing that I had specifically selected for scheduled events. I ordered in plenty of time to receive the items well in advance. The items were each sent separately, each literally months past my order date. They never sent any emails or texts alerting me to a delay. I kept looking at my order online and seeing the expected ship date moved weeks into the future, over and over again. No communication to me at any point. I called customer service repeatedly. The first person told me there was a delay because they were moving to a different distribution warehouse. I complained about lack of communication and she said she would alert someone more senior. Of course nothing happened. After I returned the first two items, I didn't need the third which was a matching piece. It was already listed as delayed another month or more. I called customer service to cancel that order. He said he would cancel it. I said I want to ensure my card was credited. He kept saying they don't charge until it's shipped. Sure enough, today, weeks later, this last item that I had canceled shows up. Now I have to return it. There is a return fee of $9.95 deducted from the credit for each item - even though it was their fault. I will never purchase from them again.,

Priti patiently showed us our options and helped us order a custom outfit from India. We are very pleased with the sherwani that we received. It was exactly what we wanted - it was good quality fabric and good design at a reasonable price. I also ended up getting some kurtis and kurti sets from here. Again, good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Also, Priti provided good customer service. She never pressured us to commit to/purchase anything. She definitely made wedding shopping easy for us. This place is going to be my go to Indian clothing store from now on. I no longer feel the need to go all the way to Devon to get Indian clothes! FYI, the boutique is located in the basement of Priti's house. And, for all my fellow Indians in the Yelposphere, prices are fixed! But they are reasonable, do not hesitate to check out this place.

Today, that meant absolutely nothing. I sent my daughter money through Venmo to buy items for me. When I went to return them, the store refused to refund my card or offer any kind of reasonable solution -- even after I explained that my daughter now lives in Columbia, MO and I was just trying to avoid the ridiculous hassle of shuffling money back and forth. No empathy. No flexibility. No effort. Just a cold, policy-over-people "no." What should have been a quick, human interaction turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience that left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. After years of loyalty, Duluth didn't just lose a sale today -- they lost me for life. Extremely disappointed.

Clothing and apparel here is superior quality and made for long time wear. Last year, I found a women's belted trench coat here on sale for under $40 and I am sure I will have it for life. I must have been asked several times if I needed help finding anything and the store personnel are always friendly and helpful, without being aggressive. Bonus for being pet friendly, and having clean, spacious dressing rooms and customer restrooms on-site. If you bring your pups, It's a nice area to walk them outside, before or after you shop too.

I wasn't exactly sure what parts I needed, but I had an idea... something about an idler tension pulley on the a/c belt. Or something like that. Over the phone, Roderick was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, ordered a part just in case I decided I needed it, and got me all taken care of by the time I arrived at the store. When I got there he knew exactly what I needed, knew all about my particular vehicle, and gave me suggestions. I bought a belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, and oil filter, all for about $70. Whichever parts I didn't wind up needing I returned, no problem. For friendliness and convenience, CarQuest was awesome and I will absolutely use them again. :)
