They make us feel very welcome every time we come to the store, starting from the warm greetings we receive at the entrance up to meeting Courtney Chadwick, who is our SA extraordinaire. :-) She is so amazing! She's very professional, kind, lovely personality, calm, and accommodating. Immediately when we all see each other, we share big smiles and Hi's (and she also offers water or champagne he he he :-D)! She always makes us feel comfortable shopping there. We always strike nice and jovial conversations accompanied with laughter. Every visit is a pleasant experience. She takes her time helping us with all the different pieces we would like to try on so we don't get rushed in deciding the ultimate pieces to purchase. If the pieces we're interested in or the size of the rings or bracelets are not available at her store, she'll find a way to get them for us from another store. All transactions have been very smooth (initial purchases and returns/exchanges). I believe my brother and I have developed a good relationship with our SA, Courtney as well as the store Director, Kimberly Beverly, who is super cool as well! Kimberly says hello to us every time she sees us at the store. She and I also get to chat about fun stuff (life, history, activities, events, etc.). The repair took about two weeks, I picked it up and good as new. The cost of repair was $75. I prefer a no-pressure shopping experience and decided not to look around for any other items. I waited for another worker to be available and she was nice and updated me on my order as I waited patiently. Upon the order, another employee came up and said he didn't see my order and for me to go to the front cashier, which I did and he checked again, my order has been sitting on the counter behind him. I understand it's a hit or miss when it's busy but some employee should not make the customers feel uncomfortable and at least be a teamwork with the coworker not who you pick and choose the customer you want.
