Love this place! Good amount of dresses to choose from. I was able to find my dream dress and I couldn't be happier! I recommend coming in with an open mind and trying on as many dresses as possible so you can be sure of the dress you choose. Booked an appointment with Liana and she was so nice! I was able to look around and choose a couple dresses I'm interested in and even let my bridal party choose a few dresses for me. She really understood my personal style and made the experience so fun and seamless. She also picked out a couple dresses for me to try on. It was such a fun experience, I will definitely recommend this to everyone I can. Thank you Liana for helping me pick my dream dress! read more

I am in a desperate situation with 3 days to find a mother of the bride dress. My dress was ruined by another alterations person. I have zero time to be wasting. I called and was told by Victor that they had plenty of dresses in stock and he would make sure I'd be able to get alterations done before I leave. When I showed up Victor had gone home (which he said he'd be there until 7), there were maybe 10 dresses that weren't bridal gowns, none in the size or color I told him I needed. Long story short I wasted hours driving to Roseville to find nothing in a store that could have been honest in the first place. If you don't have what I need don't lie! Time is of the essence. What a "sales guy" move read more

I had an exciting first time dress shopping here with Victor as my stylist. He helped me understand the aspects of dresses I liked and didn't like. He is very knowledgeable and made my experience really fun! I had a blast trying on lots of dresses and sipping champagne. The prices are between $4000-$1000. It's a smaller shop but still has lots of options. I didn't find the one but understood my vision way more and loved doing it. read more

Bridal Box - One dress I liked, but not the one! - Bridal Near Me - Roseville, California

Amazing experience! I'd been eyeing this designer for 2 years, and Bridal Box was the only NorCal retailer to carry it. Their communication was excellent--quick emails, helpful booking guidance, and they even requested the gown I wanted in advance. The showroom was adorable, and they let me bring my own champagne. Victor, my master stylist, immediately understood my vision. He made the whole process feel luxurious with details like a robe and slippers between fittings, and we even customized the gown to feel more "me." Everyone was friendly, supportive, and made my first dress fitting unforgettable. Highly recommend Bridal Box for your wedding dress search! read more

WHY I WENT HERE: - bridal gown shopping THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located on Oak St across the street from the parking garage - street parking available - when I pulled up to the address, I was confused at first because it looked like a house (which I think it is; just converted for commercial purposes) THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - when entering the building there is a reception area to check-in before you're taken to the back (1 room is bigger if you have guests accompanying you with its own podium and the other room has 2 stalls with the podium outside of that room) - because I was solo, I was brought to the smaller room, but it was still private because there wasn't another party to utilize the 2nd stall in that room CUSTOMER SERVICE: - I made my appointment online and received confirmation as well as reminder emails and texts regarding my appointment - all my communications prior to and leading up to my appointment indicated that Christine would be my stylist, but once I was there, I had Liana - the entire experience was SO MUCH FUN and enjoyable because Liana was a great hype woman! she allowed me to take champagne breaks and was just such a vibe to collaborate with - this was the first shop where I chose what I gravitated towards to try on and from there Liana's picks zoned in further on what silhouettes to grab from the racks for me to try on - although I didn't find my dress here, this is a great place to start or maybe find "the one" for you :) read more

Victor is wonderful. We rented a party bus and hit 3 shops last weekend. David's bridal, Miosa Bride Sac, and Bridal Box. Victor BY FAR exceeded the other sales people we dealt with all day. The experience was amazing and I am in awe of his intuitive choice. My daughter had her "say yes!" Moment in the second dress she put on. Chosen 100% by Victor because he "just knew" which dress would be the one! I don't know how he does it, but brides should all be told: GO SEE VICTOR. :) Side note: when he realized we were way over budget, he moved mountains to make the price a little more manageable, much appreciated!! read more

I had already been to 10+ bridal appointments and tried on what felt like a million dresses without finding "the one." I came across Bridal Box after falling in love with a dress by Kitty Chen, and I'm so glad I did. Liana booked my appointment over the phone and was incredibly accommodating from the start. When I arrived, the consultants were warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I tried on the dress I had been dreaming about and it ended up being my dress! I didn't say yes right away since I had one more appointment that day, but Liana was never pushy. She simply told me to go and call her if I wanted to come back. She was attentive, genuine, and so fun to work with. Her advice felt honest and supportive the entire time. The shop itself is small and cute, which I actually loved. After visiting stores with hundreds of dresses, the more curated selection made the experience feel much less overwhelming. Thank you, Liana, for helping me find my dress! read more

I highly recommend this experience to any bride-to-be! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our appointment with Victor. He made the entire experience feel incredibly personal; a little added bonus is that we had the store to ourselves while searching for my perfect dress. Victor's knowledge and expertise in bridal gowns are truly impressive. He took the time to understand my vision, preferences, and exactly what I was looking for in a wedding dress. His guidance made the process enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting. I'm so happy to say that, with Victor's help, I found the dress! Thank you for making such a special moment unforgettable. read more

Found THE dress at Bridal Box for my wedding this past November 2025. They by far have the best quality dresses and most beautiful. Every employee I've interacted from dress shopping, to purchasing, to later adding sleeves, and alterations has been exceptional. They're all very pleasant to work with and helpful. The alterations department deserves an extra 5 stars because Mila the tailor is not only patient and kind, but very talented and has a quick turn around time. read more

I loved my entire experience here!! Liana went out of her way to make the experience so special and she was efficient to a T. Making an appointment was easy, and truly an enjoyable experience. Mary Ann had helped me, and she was very kind. She paid attention to things I didn't like, and helped guide me when I was unsure of other things. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the champagne for me and my party while trying on dresses was a wonderful treat. She gave me wonderful input and gave me different veils to try. The store its self is an adorable boutique and had lots of beautiful gowns. I ended up saying yes to the dress! And got a discount for buying the sample dress. I would definitely recommend. read more

What started as a dress-shopping trip for my niece turned into one of the most joyful and unexpected days of my life - all thanks to the amazing team at Bridal Box in Roseville, especially Victor! My niece had already tried on nine dresses and was feeling discouraged. We came in hoping to finally find "the one," and Victor was absolutely incredible from the start. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly listened to what she was looking for. He spent about an hour working with her and never made us feel rushed. While my niece was trying on dresses, I was casually browsing (I'm getting married in October while she's getting married in September!) and happened to spot what looked like my dream dress. Even though Victor had another appointment coming in, he graciously made time for me to try it on - and I am SO grateful he did. The moment I stepped into that dress felt like pure magic. It was as if it had been made just for me. When I walked out, there wasn't a dry eye in the room - including mine! I still can't believe I found MY dress in such an unexpected way. Victor truly made the experience unforgettable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine excitement for his brides made all the difference. If you're shopping at Bridal Box, ask for Victor - you will be in the best hands. Thank you for turning an ordinary shopping trip into such a beautiful memory! read more

The reason I am taking 3 stars off is because of the tailoring portion of my experience. The bridal shop and the sales girl were really nice and encouraging when I went. I found a beautiful dress that exceeded my expectations. I was overjoyed when i finally found my dress. They really made the experience great and I felt like a bride. They served me champagne and gave me swag to take home. I followed up with them on the tracking of my dress and they followed up pretty quickly. Where my experience goes down hill is the tailoring portion. I will admit that it was challenging because I am 5ft and I had lost 12 lbs which is a lot for a person my size. My dress had a lot of beading and I knew the alterations were going to be expensive. The other main issue was the length of the dress. The dress had beautiful tulle at the bottom of the dress that was placed in different spots and spread out . The seamstress quoted me about 1.2K for the alterations. I was honestly shaken but went with it because of the great reviews she had gotten from other brides. I consulted family members and they said to go ahead because she came with the bridal shop so therefore she must be very experienced. I went ahead but whenever I asked her about the train and length of the dress she said there was nothing left to do that I would have to hold it in my arms or attach a string on it. For the amount of money she charged for alterations I would honestly expect for the dress to be perfect. She only hemmed the inner lining of the dress and the front everything else was left as is. I didn't want to go back because I kept getting dismissed. It seemed her skills were limited in terms of my type of dress. I Also didn't want to get charged even more money. I almost gave up but ended still taking it to another seamstress that ended up listening and problem solving instead of dismissing me. My advice is get a second opinion and shop around when it comes to your wedding dress alterations. read more

My niece tragically lost her fiancé this year. Before his passing, she ordered a wedding dress. Since the wedding was canceled and the dress was unaltered, she requested a return and was willing to pay restocking fees. Their response, she had to pick up the ordered dress--no exceptions, no compassion. Even in the most tragic circumstances, they refused to make any accommodations. If you're considering buying from this location, think carefully. Their strict policies come before basic humanity. read more

We made an appointment with Victor over the phone. He was absolutely amazing! So sweet and beyond knowledgeable! He heard what my vision was and pulled the PERFECT dress right out the gate. I made an appointment online for the Maggie Sottero trunk show last week. Liana helped me and she was so kind, patient, and sweet! This was my first bridal appointment and I was so nervous and anxious. I didn't know what to expect. She allowed my girlfriends to pick whatever dresses they felt was best for me; after all, who knows a gal better than her besties?!? They went through the racks and grabbed me everything they thought I'd like. I got to try on so many different dresses and ultimately decided on a Sottero and Midgley gown. I would recommend Liana at Bridal Box for all brides! Thank you so much Liana for helping me find my dream dress and helping me stay within the budget. read more

I was looking for a wedding gown and had two months to get it together. Running on a tight time constraint and having no idea what exactly I was looking for, Bridal Box was there for it all. I ended up finding my dream dress I didn't know was my dream dress, until I found it. I'm so happy with it! Even though it's been over a year since I tied the knot. I still had to write a review because I love my dress that much. Also almost forgot to mention their denim jacket . It was so cute I had to get my own with my new last name. It's definitely made a fun new wardrobe piece for me, even to this day! read more

If I could give 0 stars; I would. I'm truly disgusted by the lack of empathy and understanding from The Bridal Box in Roseville. On Friday, Feb. 14th - Valentine's Day of this year; a bride-to-be who was just 3 months away from her wedding day, watched in horror as her 28 year old fiancée coded and passed before her very eyes. His passing was sudden, completely unexpected, and tragic. She was scheduled to pick up her wedding dress on that Sunday. Now weeks later, as she still grieves, she is forced to cancel all the plans made for their wedding. While all other vendors and businesses are supporting her and their family during this difficult time by accommodating and refunding all costs and relieving stress, the Bridal Box is doing quite the opposite. The Bridal Box shop in Roseville, has told her she must pick up her dress and that they won't refund her money (even after offering to pay the restock fee). The dress was never even altered yet to fit this bride. It still has the plastic wrap and tags on it from shipping. The wedding was not cancelled due to a change of heart or disagreement between the couple. The bride did not decide she wanted a different dress. Her fiancée died suddenly from an unknown health issue and this heartless business is not releasing her of responsibility. The Bridal Box on social media claims to be a "sweet" boutique that makes helping you find the perfect dress "not just a job, but, personal" and wants to help you "make memories of a lifetime". And yet they don't have the human decency to just refund the dress and help take a little pain away from the grief. It's evident in their responses to poor reviews that they don't care about people, they care about money and covering their reputation. I truly hope any one reading this review or considering giving business to this joke of an establishment sees the reality of a cold blooded policy's. Bridal Box - do better. read more

I had an appointment at 2pm today. Got there at 1:30 to browse before my appointment the doors were locked and no lights were on. I waited until 1:55pm still no one showed up I tried to call multiple times no answer. 2pm came around still no one showed up, no sign on the door for emergency close, no email to cancel, no call from them to cancel. I decided to wait until 2:15 just in case, called again no answer. Finally decided to leave. Will not be going back. This is terrible business. I wouldn't want to buy my dress from them for my wedding not knowing If I will even be able to pick it up with what I experienced today. read more

I drove from out of state to try on a dress and was standing outside the door of the store five minutes before my appointment when I got an email saying my appointment was canceled due to a family matter. Having worked in the bridal industry I found it very unprofessional. read more

I had an appointment with Sydney this past Saturday, 3/22/25, and brought my father and sister with me, and it was an absolute dream. Words don't seem good enough to describe how much I love and appreciate Bridal Box; because of their excellent staff and beautiful collection, I was able to find the dress of my dreams for my October wedding. I felt like royalty; never in my life have I ever worn something so beautiful and elegant, and I'm still soaking up the compliments on how much all of our guests marveled at my dress. It was absolutely perfect, and stylistically was so me - I looked and felt so natural in this dress. Their in-house tailor, Mila, is a magician with a needle and thread; I was so nervous about the dress alterations, but I never needed to fear with my dress in her capable hands. It fit me perfectly, and I was effortlessly comfortable throughout our entire day. I can't imagine having worn any other dress on the happiest day of my life, and I'm so thankful that I made an appointment at Bridal Box and said Yes to the Dress. read more

My friend ended up having to order another wedding dress because the one she ordered through this business did not come in time as promised. They reassured the bride it would be here in time. She never would have ordered it if that wasn't the case. That's a a lot of money to gamble on a maybe it might get here. They basically were like "sorry about your luck." No compensation! These kids are out a crap load of money because this business is not honest. Do not trust them. If you choose not to head the warning then please make sure you get everything in writing. There are other businesses that will make your or your loved ones dream wedding happen with honesty and integrity. This simply is not the one. read more

I loved my appt with Liana. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I came with a family member who kind of made negative comments towards my body in the dresses and Liana was very kind to ignore and uplift me. A true girls-girl. I took off a star only because the boutique itself, while lovely. Is a bit small and so they don't carry too many sizes for dresses unfortunately. Hopefully they get a bigger place but I was unable to try on a dress I liked simply because I could not get it over my wide shoulders, and I'm pear shaped so stepping in wouldn't have worked well. Otherwise it was a lovely time and hopefully if they get a bigger store they can accommodate more sizes for fittings :) read more

This place is absolutely amazing!! Kim is the best (and the manager). We called for an appointment same day and they accommodate us. Thank you!! Kim listened! She first had the girls pick out their dress first and listened to their ideas for a dress. She showed a few dresses and had the girls try them and ears their feedback. Finally, my friend found her dress! She hit it on the head. It was within budget, it fit, and she offered a discount for the new sample as well. Kim was amazing. (She probably was a bit unsure of us all at first with two brides and a third wheel, but this was by far our best experience!) Our other friend already found the one, but it was out of her budget (this dress was from a different place). Here, Kim tried to find something similar. One dress was gorgeous (but this one is her second option). Then Kim gave her another option that might work!! So she'll be in touch. (The options are promising and just as gorgeous if not better than her first choice.) I need to remarry my husband so I can get a dress from here. Thank you Kim!!! We highly recommend this place! read more
