They look nice from the front.

I went to get a couple pairs of earrings for my daughter. I explained I only wanted solid gold as she was just about to her her ears pierced for the first time and I didn't want her to have a reaction. The sales associate pointed me to the section of solid "gold" and I picked out some CZ studs mounted in yellow gold. NOT real gold. At least not solid gold. I didn't put these in until her ears were completely healed. After about 2 months of wear are completely tarnished and I only noticed after her ears started having a weird smell. Basically I was sold costume jewelry after being assured it was high quality. I won't be buying anything from them again. And please do not EVER pierce here. Piercing guns are unsanitary and damage the ear (blunt force trauma). I got hers done at an amazing tattoo shop. I'll put a review up on that soon!

I wish I had a clearer picture of the piercing but trust me, they're perfect!

I took my 6 month old baby to get her ears pierced. I was a little nervous getting her ears done at the mall because I know that stores like Claire's aren't very well trained and the way in which they pierce is not as sanitary as it could be. After researching, I decided Piercing Pagoda was the right choice. Their piercers are very well trained and experienced. The method of piercing is also very good (to save time, I'm not going to go into detail about what methods are better and why). Anyway, we got there and one of the ladies greeted us. After we got paperwork signed and we purchased the earrings, they brought us into their booth and my daughter and her father sat in a chair while the piercer drew dots of her ears. After we decided on where the holes would be, the lady called over the other employee and they pierced my daughters ears at the same time. My daughter cried for about 30 seconds snd the ladies were great in trying to make her happy again. It's been over a week and her ears have had zero issues. They look amazing. I'm so happy with them and grateful that the ladies at Piercing Pagoda made this such an easy and quick process!

I had previously brought in a watch for a new battery and the old battery was so old that it leaked a bit. It had to be cleaned and a new battery installed. That repair was $200 cash as he does not accept credit cards. At that time, I felt it was a bit steep, but not so steep that I did return for another repair. I brought in a 14k white gold ring that had I broken in a fall, it was basically missing the band part of the ring. The band was NOT a wide band. I took that ring in at the end of 09/24. I finally called Ray in Feb or March 2025, as I had not heard from him. I asked about the repair and was told he had not worked on it and that he would call back with a quote. I did not hear back, so I called back again and I was asked about sizing. I called back with the size and was told I would get a call about the price. Finally, I got a call a couple of weeks later and was told the ring was ready. I asked him about the price as he had not called me to get an OK to proceed. Oh, he was sorry and the cost was $340. $340 to attach a new band! I told him it would be a while as I don't readily have that kind of cash sitting around. He did offer after calling me back to let me make payments. Payments for a ring that didn't even cost me $200 and for a repair that I never authorized. He then offered to drop the price to $280. This job was worth approximately $150 after consulting with two other repair shops. The final outcome/price was $240. Oh, he did offer to take the ring apart again, wish I had done that. Go there at your own risk.

They took their time and handled it with incredible care and attention to detail. Not only did they resolve the issue flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by beautifully cleaning the piece. It looks better than it has in years. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and truly listened to what I needed. You can immediately tell this is a family-owned business that takes pride in their work and sincerely cares about their customers. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism and craftsmanship. If you're looking for a jeweler you can trust, whether for repairs or your next special purchase, I highly recommend Legacy Jewelers.

This information can be verified with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration - Publication# 73. I visited Legacy Jewlers to have my wife's rings resized. Upon the initial visit I met with one of the owners, Kevin who was very friendly and was able to assist us with determining the proper sizing of the ring. He mentioned it would take about a week to complete. The cost to resize (1 size down) a gold ring and platinum ring was $120. When picking up the rings I met with the other owner, Nick. He included sale's tax even though CA sale's tax is only applicable to purchasing materialistic items and not services. I explained that CA sale's tax is not applicable to services and he could verify this information with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) which is the CA State Department that administers the Seller's Permit which is required to operate the business. I even offered to show him exactly where this information could be found on the CDTFA website since he had a computer nearby. He declined and said he wasn't changing how he charges customers even though he refunded me the illegally charged sale's tax. It was interesting to encounter a business owner oblivious to the law while declining to learn and apply the law to prevent an audit, fees, and potential Seller's Permit revocation by the CDTFA.

Their jewelry is truly magical I love that they have free cleanings and they always check to ensure the stones don't come loose.
