Totally online experience here... Yet another search for a specific FIREFLY jewelry piece and they came up in the results for the exact earrings I had been searching for. Yet another birthday present for myself, so I placed my order, fingers crossed that it was a legit experience. It was! A few days later, my gorgeous Firefly La Dulce Vita turquoise earrings came in the mail, packaged very nicely with a very sweet note. I had been looking for these earrings for a while. No one locally had them, so I was delighted to find and receive them with no issues. Thank you! read more

I rarely write reviews, but I've had such a great experience with Rainbow Bridge Jewelers they deserve a shout-out. I love Firefly earrings, and Rainbow Bridge is now my go-to shop for this amazing brand. I've ordered from them a few times, including once when they were the only place I found that had a pair of earrings I really wanted in stock. My purchases always arrive quickly, well-protected, and beautifully presented. They even included a personal note with my last order thanking me for my continued support. That simple touch adds even more motivation for me to remain a loyal customer, which I would happily do regardless. Highly recommend! read more

They gave a beautiful selection to choose from. I have always been able to find jewelry that makes me feel happy and beautiful. Unique artists and a design for every occasion. My sister lives just a few blocks away and introduced me to this wonderful shop. I've bought jewelry for myself and as gifts for others. They are always delighted with their gift. The staff are wonderful and always include a sweet note with my purchase. read more

Happy to find these earrings. Perfect for autumn. Excellent packaging. Ideal for gifting.

I recently wrote a 1-star review for this establishment. It had nothing to do with the business, the merchandise or the workers as I've always enjoyed shopping here over the years and have many beautiful pieces that I still wear. The review was strictly about a return situation. But I was very pleased that after my posting they reached out to me right away and rectified the situation, which I really appreciated. I did try to remove the original posting but never was able to. So I just wanted to say that since they were so good about resolving my issue, I will certainly continue to shop here for all their little gems. read more

After many days of rain and gloom and personal stress, when the sun broke through, I decided to go for a drive to Folsom and check out the Historic shopping district that I hadn't visited in decades. Being so close to Christmas, I was surprised that many of the stores weren't opening before 10 or even 11am. I was not the only would-be shopper who had to simply peer longingly through windows and then walk on; luckily, Rainbow Bridge Jewelers was one of the shops that was open. This place was a find I wish I had discovered sooner. They have wonderful handcrafted jewelry with a large selection from many of my favorite designers and there are very special one of a kind items in silver with semi-precious stones. It's when I am in a place like this (pardon me ... did I just drool on your display case?) that I wish I had unlimited funds; but really it's not necessary to be rich to find wonderful things here to buy, much is affordable. One of the jewelers they feature is Tabra Tunoa and I understand she is winding down as a maker of jewelry herself, so now is the time to find that special piece. They also have a website so you can purchase from their selections on-line. read more

They have some pretty pieces of jewelry, but the young gal that works there seemed more interested in visiting with her friend than helping us out (the only customers in the store). My grandma even whispered to me, "this person never works here...there's usually someone else that is willing to help." This store also sells Tabra, but the selection is not as good this time as it usually is. read more

I love Firefly products and so does my wife. This was wrapped in a pretty way, and came right when you said it would. Thank you.

The gorgeous gal who worked there couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They also had a lovely selection of affordable jewelry that is not overly basic or common to find. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area. read more

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried twice and both times she on phone and did not acknowledge us or get off phone. First time we came in, after 2-3 minutes, she came off phone and addressed the group that came in after us. We tried again but phone was more important. read more

The earrings arrived on time and were packaged well. They are beautiful.

Earrings were packaged well and shipped quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with Rainbow Bridge.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. First, I will say that their selection of jewelry is impressive. They have many nice pieces from designers I like. Fortunately, you can find these same designers in other stores, which I would recommend to anyone looking to buy jewelry. I went into the store with my husband and daughter a few weeks ago while visiting Folsom. There was a necklace I liked in the window by the designer Holly Yashi. I specifically asked the woman if the chain was sterling silver, primarily because I cannot wear plated jewelry as my skin reacts poorly to it. She was adamant that it was sterling and even though she could not locate the .925 stamp, promised that it was sterling. She actually seemed annoyed that I'd asked and made her look for the .925 stamp. After I got home, I wore the necklace for 2 hours and my neck turned red. I went onto the Holly Yashi website and sure enough, 90% of the necklaces they sell to go with their pendants are silver-plated. I then called a rep for Holly Yashi who confirmed this. If a piece of jewelry is made from precious metal, it is marked as such. Either the saleslady was desperate for a sale or completely ignorant about the jewelry she peddles. I sent a note to Rainbow Bridge's Customer Service about this and asked for a refund, and (small surprise) got no response. This was 2 weeks ago. I even left my phone number. Nothing. Now I have a $73 necklace that I cannot wear. Do not give this business your money. It seems to me that they will say anything to make a sale, but lack the integrity or honesty back up their merchandise or provide decent customer service. read more

I'm always escited when I see a gifty from my husband in that little gold box (which I happen to prefer to the little blue box). This is one of my favorite places to shop in the Sacramento area. They have a beautiful selection of unique jewelry designs in every price range. I primarily go here for their Tabra selection (GORGEOUS artisan and mostly one-of-a-kind jewelry line). But I've also purchased gifts here from other jewelry designers. They really take the time to hand-select the best items here, so your eyes just dart around the shop from one gorgeous piece to the next. The people at this shop are really lovely. The owners are very friendly and helpful. And most of the other staff have been there for years, know everything about the jewelry designers and different stones, and will give you honest helpful advice. You will get amazing personal service here. They do all kinds of fun shopping events and trunk shoes too, where they feature certain jewelry designers and offer discounts as well. Perhaps the best thing about this jewelry store is that they give back to the community with lots of fundraising events for Weave, etc. And they feature jewelry-designers who give back too (like Tabra!). Insider tip: They have a great layaway program as well for those big purchases! read more

Lovely colors...exactly as described. Fast shipping. I purchased these earrings as a gift for a good friend....I'm sure she'll love them.

I'm an avid Tabra collector, and Rainbow Bridge Jewelers has a great selection, and excellent service. I will remain a devoted customer.

This is a great little eclectic boutique in the heart of the Folsom Historic District. They have a great selection of one of a kind items that no one on your list will be wearing for years to come. I encourage you to Shop Small and Buy Local. There is so much cool stuff to find! Check this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more

My family has been going to Rainbow Bridge Jewelers for over 20 years. They have a beautiful assortment of jewelry and a wonderful staff. I have never purchased anything online as I've always just gone into the store. I moved out of Folsom so I decided to purchase my mom's birthday gift from their website. I was shocked to received a shipping notification the same day and had it in my mailbox the next! It was beautifully wrapped with some pretty and fun ribbons to match. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in Folsom or checking their online store. read more

This place is totally unique which is what you want as you don't want to look like everyone else yet you don't want to appear too out of the box as well. It was so hard to decide what to get. I narrowed my choices to two items which I purchased. A gorgeous handmade necklace and earrings. Very colorful and artistic. The first day I wore the earrings at UCLA, one of the bottom part completely came off from the hook. I was left with the hook still in my ear! I was sad to see one earring and the other is gone. I wrote to them and they immediately sent me one earring to replace the one that was disconnected. So now I have beautiful earrings I can wear in both ears. I took professional photos at the Griffith Observatory with both the necklace and earrings and received so many compliments on it. I will post a picture of my necklace. This store is a MUST see and has amazing customer service from the time you enter and long after you leave. read more
