    On 6:15pm on Friday March 25, 2022, the Gal managing the store posted a sign that she'd be back in 10 min. So we waited patiently. When she returned, she took sign down and posted she's at lunch for 30 min. Terrible service. Should never have customers wait and then turn them away after they've been waiting.

    I'm sure grown women can find a thing or two here but I think it's more a store for teens and younger (just my opinion). My daughter absolutely loves Claire's. I've brought her to this one several times because it makes her gift cards and cash go a long way. She can get stuff at this particular store a lot cheaper than at any other Claire's. She collects glasses and sunglasses and pretty much has almost every pair Claire's has ever sold. Her last visit looked like she was in heaven. There was a huge selection of glasses and other things priced at $2.00 and even more fabulous that it was buy 2 and get the third one free. The staff is always super sweet and helpful. My daughter will shop at other Claire's for certain things but prefers saving her cards for this one. Smart girl. ;)

    Updating my review from 12/17/17 on a Saturday previous visit. My reasons I bumped up my 1 star to 3 stars. We visit here again 12/18/17 on a Sunday morning. As we walked in Jen recognize us from yesterday. Even though she wasn't there when the whole incident happen on 12/16/17. Jen got everything ready and we fill out a new form since we will be getting one earring to replace the one from yesterday and will be receiving another after care paper afterwards. As Jen is getting everything ready. Hubs wanted to voice his opinion about yesterday incident. Not that we are complaining but, we wanted to let Jen know that we were a lil upset and that our daughter did not flinched during her ear piercing. Jen cut off hubs before he even get to finish what he had to say. She informed us that things happen and that is not a guarantee. Which we understand. I waited till she finishes what she wanted to say as not to cut her off while explaining. After that hubs tried to tell her that Erin told us our daughter flinch but, when we went home and watch the video our daughter clearly did not flinch. We didn't make a big deal out of it because we weren't sure and of course we're not gonna put a blame on a person without thoroughly watching the video first. But, hubs now became upset because Erin didn't take any responsibility for her actions but, the excuse that our daughter flinch and that it could happen. Which I repeatedly I agree what she saying that things can happen and is not a guarantee. I just want her to admit that she made a mistake instead of blaming our daughter flinched. Hubs didn't get to explain and express his feelings of what had happen. He kept getting cut off by Jen. Soon later Samantha (Sam) arrived. Jen asked us if we wanted Sam to pierce our daughter ear. We agreed. As I'm being guided by Samantha she focus on piercing our daughter's ear. This time our daughter move a lot . I held her arms while using my left hand to hold her head while tilting it to the the right side a little bit. I can see that my girl is shaking her head as in saying "No, I don't wanna go through it again" despite our girl moving Samantha nailed it perfectly on the dot. She offered a sticker for our girl. I appreciate her helpfulness and very grateful for making the 2nd experience less tense for all of us. I am very happy and satisfied with her service. I also heard convo between hubs and Jen. He showed her the video and Jen agreed that our daughter did not flinch. That was why we got 20% discount and was not charge for re-piercing as Jen mentioned to hubs. Yes, we understood that. If we are some mean customer we would demand getting them free and 20% off anything else we purchased. But, thinking how Erin felt and also they had to open a new package for the other side of the earring. They had already wasted another box of earring which valued $48.99. The main point was that we didn't want our daughter to be wrongly accused for the mistake she did not caused. Because hubs kept getting cut off he didn't get to explain that to Jen. Again, Jen explained that it happened and that it was not on purpose. Not once did she say Erin made a mistake. After the video, Jen's statement changed a little bit. Jen now admit that Erin was aware that she totally made a mistake not that it was on purpose because is not guaranteed. She had a talk with Erin yesterday and that was why we got discounted. Both myself and hubs know that is not intentionally but, I think it would of made us feel better with an apology instead of excuses. Again, Jen did apologize on Erin's behalf but, I'd rather have Erin passes the apology to Jen for us instead. That way is more genuine. The day she got nervous I totally understand that we missed the apology because she was shaken up. But, we would appreciate an apology. The discount and free re-piercing is like saying to us "Okay you got the discount and free re-piercing, we don't wanna hear your complaints" Jen is very nice and she gave her best to accommodate us. I forgot to bring the solution and Jen said to Samantha that we can use the rapid care solution to cleanse our daughter ear. My review would of been 5 stars but, I took one away because we didn't get no apology from Erin even though it was the next day. Another star off because we couldn't really voice our opinion or if some might see it as a complaint. Would I return again? Yes, because of Samantha. Her customer service is outstanding. She's very good with toddler ear piercing and I'm pretty sure it will be the same as babies, older kids, teens and adults. Jen, the store manager is kind too. I can see that at one point she did in a way sympathize us and our concern for our daughter's pain. Even though she was more on the aggressive side and in a way protected her staff (which is fine) I just wished she would listen to both sides of the story first. Overall, we left satisfied with Jen and Samantha leaving a happy impression for us.

    OMG! Let's start with a huge shout out for Jen and Alexis! Thank you lovely ladies for such an memorable 10th Golden Birthday Party for my daughter at your Folsom store! The girls had so much fun getting pampered by Alexis whom did an amazing job with nails, makeup, hair primping and Birthday girl activities! The girls loved the in store scavenger hunt of which the Birthday day girl took home a Beeny Boo The amazing sales allowed the girls to pick out some fun accessories of their choice. I really wanted a pampering experience-for the Birthday group on a pre-planned budget of which Alexis and Jen more than delivered! Thank you so much for such an awesome Birthday party experience

    Be very careful about reading the contract before consigning your clothing. I should have insisted…read moreI received back my clothing that didn't sell during contracted time frame. I went into store to use my consignor credit after contract ended and several pieces that were labeled as "donated" on Ricochet were still on the floor for sale. If I would have known this would be the case at contract end (that my pieces would continue to be monetized after the contract ended) and not be donated to the charity mentioned at signing, I would of insisted my items were returned to me. Not cool. In response: Is this procedure of continuing to sale items after contract ends in the contract? I would suggest that, if it is not, it be added so consignor is aware on signing. It makes for better optics when a consignor sees both their item as " donated" on ricochet ( by mistake) and "for sale" after contract ends. To prevent future confusion, you might provide a copy of the contract -- either a hard copy or digital--so they can refer to it for all those items that you don't " prioritize" . In response: Absolutely positive my items by being, for instance, a pair of NWT Eileen Fisher denim pants in a 3x size. Check it. Those will be consigned under Amy Hanak.

I was in need of a new measuring tape, bobby pins, and scissors. So instead of ordering off the internet from the rain forest I drove to Meissner. A real brick n mortar shop staffed with real people (not a Bot) within the community. It was my first time at this location. The shop was clean and organized. It had a ton of sewing machines ranging from $200 beginner models to several thousand dollar versions that self embroidery, run automatically by preprogramming. Fancy! They also had a wall of notions and a section selling fabric. The staff working were awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Farah even told me about their classes that they offer onsite. They have classes on how to use certain models of sewing machines besides their sewing, quilting. and embroidery classes. So many classes offered; ranging not only on topic but skill levels. They even have a class that will introduce you to the basics on using your sewing machine. No judgements. The sewing machine doesn't have to be bought from them, if it is then the class is free. They aren't open on Sundays. And I recall the shop doesn't stay open particularly late.

I asked her if she'd like to use the bag as a recycle for somebody else that may need it. This other person named Emma tapped me on the back while the line was filled with people out of nowhere and tried to accuse me of not paying for the bag. I then got pretty upset and told her I would never try and steal a bag from the store and I had all my receipts with me and the receipt show that I purchased the bag last night while I purchased the other items it was unbelievably embarrassing. It was incredibly unprofessional they would refuse to give me the corporate office this store by far is being run by extremely unprofessional people. The person that I was working with had lots of trouble understanding what I was saying as well as Emma who claimed to be the supervisor then when I asked her for corporate number, she wouldn't give it to me. The Store other employees came up that had been working there for over 10 years, said that they had an organized system of where management and certain employees are all friends and they get away with this behavior and they all stick up for one another when something like this occurs nothing ever gets resolved. I was encouraged to call corporate office on this incident because of the mere fact that she would try to accuse me of stealing a bag and not paying for it when it was the same bag, I walked in from the night before please do not go to this Ross. It is absolutely horrific.. when we went back to the store my husband asked if he could speak with the supervisor the employee that helped me at the checkout stand then try to say I think you're drunk and entitled I don't drink it. All her name is Madison and she had nothing nice to say it was unbelievable. What my husband, myself and another employee witness plus more people she said that that the fact that I would actually defend myself and say I'm not trying to steal a bag made me come off as being entitled it was absolutely shocking that we would get treated that way. we will be calling corporate just to let them know that this kind of behavior is happening to customers and not being properly taking care of.
