If you are looking to get your ears pierced this is the place to go! I wanted to get my cartilage (top of ears) repeirced and had looked all over the mall for the Piercing Pagoda. It was nowhere to be found. Turns out that they closed down! Reluctantly I decided to head to Claire's to see about getting them pierced there. There was an employee, Diana, there who had lots of piercings in her ears. She got me set up for my piercings and I was so relieved to see she had so many. She was very professional and friendly. She even let me have a sticker since I wanted one when I was done. I know the stickers were for the kids but I was feeling silly and she was fun to offer it to me since I was interested. She also gave me a tip for cleaning my ears by getting a spray bottle to spray the cleaner on them. It has been working great! After just a few weeks the soreness is almost gone. So I've been going to Claire's for years since I was in middle school. I'm not bringing my 8 month old baby girl to get her ears pierced for the first time, and let me start if by saying Rebecca our Ear Piercer did an amazing job. She was patient with us and made sure we felt comfortable with where the earring was going to go thru and explained everything. My Daughter did well with her which made it semi easy. Initially says I got something regular price . Then verified I didn't . Says it's still ringing up the $19 and change and she can't give me any more discounts . I got my cartilage pierced here and the experience was awesome! The piercer (Elva) was the nicest and was patient enough to answer all my annoying questions lol. The piercing was fast and painless! She's so so good and really friendly. They of course have so many cute pieces of jewelry & accessories at the store. The piercing is free w/ a purchase of their selective earrings (which range from sterling silver, to white gold and even diamond studs). About 2 weeks ago an early Sunday morning, my daughter and I went to pick up an order that we ordered online and WOW! We were the first ones in the doors and it was not very welcoming! A good morning or simply a smile would have been nice. The clerk opened door as if not happy to be there gave us a look as yes? My daughter was excited to get her ears pierced. Brought her in to get them done and the 3 employees stood behind the counter talking. Never acknowledged my family or came over to see if we needed assistance despite us standing there for quite some time. I kept looking at the counter but they couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation. Got my second piercing done here a while ago, everything is good now and it's all healed up. The staff is very nice and the ladies that do the piercings are very patient and kind. The only thing I wish, and this is not the staff's fault, was that they had the tiny like 2 mm stud with a long back, as the regular one is too short and caused my second piercing to be way too tight. This resulted in lots of pain, but everything is okay now, like I said. I'm probably gonna go in soon for a third piercing. read more

My husband, daughter and I came in Thursday afternoon, October 13th, and the most helpful guy and girl helped us through the exciting yet stressful piercing of my toddler's ears. They were WONDERFUL. The guy (I can't believe I forgot his name) was so reassuring and professional. They both must've sanitized their hands three times before starting and as a worrisome first-time mom this was so encouraging to witness. The process was quick - they both took an ear so the piercing would go fast - and they even set up a chair so I could quickly comfort my daughter in private afterwards. My 6 year old got her ears pierced yesterday and both the manager in charge and another girl helped and were amazing from beginning to end.They were able to do both ears all at once. The manager (I wish I had gotten her name) was great at easing my daughter and my worries. She explained everything at every step of the way. My daughter handled it like a pro and it's all because of the way they made her feel. I definitely recommend this place for piercing and shopping. Came in here to get my 4 and a half year olds ears pierced. Asher helped us and he was beyond incredible. The only reason she didn't lose it was because he took the time to get her comfortable and told her everything he was going to do step by step! We weren't able to do a double where they both go at the same time... He had to do them one at a time! I was amazing with how well he handled her. I don't think we could have been happier!!! i got my ears pierced here when i was younger and i remember it as a pretty reliable place so naturally when i wanted my second piercing done i went here but as soon as i walked in i could feel the attitude of the lady working... it was obvious she didnt wanna be there but i didnt think much of it ... throughout the whole piercing process she gave me nothing but attitude. i asked her multiple times to move the piercing mark bc she kept doing it uneven and she would roll her eyes and sigh everytime she was acting as if we bothered her by walking in (also on the claries website it says piercings are FREE with the purchase of a cleaning kit which is $30 but we were charged $70???) anyways all i got was shitty expensive piercings from a shitty worker im not happy at all .. if u want to get ur ears pierced go to a piercing and tattoo place i promise the people will be much nicer and ur overall experience will be better read more
