There is only IG presence couldn't find a website or other links and based on their posts and reviews, tried to piece if they'd have enough vegetarian options.
Their reviews are great overall and people commmend the dessert and food so felt like it was a full service restaurant with options. Online they also confirmed they'd be about to do 3 vegetarian plates and felt these would be substantial.
We went in mid afternoon after a long flight. It's more like a wine bar with a small rigid menu.
The only vegetarian options of the 6 items on the menu, were a leafy salad, cheeese plate, aranchini, burrata and desserts. We got the latter 3. Burrata is topped with heaping of mushrooms and my partner is intolerant so i separated it out (had asked them and they said that's how it's plated) and i had mushrooms while he had the cheese. The food was good but what didn't sit well was when we were explaining our restrictions and they said that's all they had n could make. We saw they had coffee machine and asked if they make an espresso martini and that too they said they can't, despite a full bar.
With a small menu that changes so often and being in hospitality, I feel like if you're really trying to win customers and you've skill, you could whip something up for them if you really wanted to. You've bread and cheese, a grilled cheese maybe or something with all those charcuterie items lying around. It's the service and the hospitality that ultimately separate a good food restaurant from the best, one that you want to "want to gatekeep" or bookmark forever. This ain't that one. read more
