My girlfriend ordered the vegan pizza which comes with cashews and mushrooms and you can add vegan cheese which she did instead of real cheese. So it is a genuine vegan pizza. I ordered their 8 ounce forged burger described as "100% Ohio beef patty, Gloucestershire cheese, arugula, heirloom tomato, black garlic aioli, potato roll, side salad." Both meals were very good. They also have a variety of unique and tasty cocktails. The bartenders were very nice and friendly, service was awesome, and there is a nice modern vibe. The only problem I had was I booked a stay at the hotel and it was with the "Foundry Package"which comes with a $50 food credit at the Foundry. The bartenders weren't aware of this package and I had to talk to reception to get this resolved. The star of each of the entrees, however, was the thin cut, crispy fries. Good thing the fries were delicious because the sauces that came with it were quite bland -- would've preferred ketchup. For dessert we tried the bay leaf cheesecake. It was alright, had a subtle smokey flavor that I think threw us off a bit (although that was obviously the point given the bay leaf).
