Avoid Precision Honda - Unprofessional and Retaliatory…read more My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Norwalk Honda over the weekend, followed by completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from their team. My husband had been in communication with Ashley prior to our arrival, and they were supposedly expecting us. We went in specifically to test drive a Honda Pilot. Upon walking in, we were greeted a few times but never actually helped. When we asked for Ashley, she never showed up. Eventually, a manager came over and asked if we needed assistance. We told him we were there for a test drive, and he walked away, leaving us waiting yet again. After 20 minutes of being ignored and shoved aside, we decided to leave. We drove straight to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, and the difference was night and day. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we were sitting inside a Honda Pilot. The real issue, however, started after we left. My husband sent a follow-up text to the Norwalk Honda team letting them know he would be leaving a bad review due to the lack of service. In retaliation, someone at Norwalk Honda entered my husband's contact information into a mass inquiry system. He was then bombarded with non-stop spam calls from other dealerships. My husband has been in the automotive industry for many years, so we know exactly how the process should work and were expecting a completely different experience. We are serious buyers with a lease expiring soon, and Precesion Honda completely lost our business. So much for the "Helpful Honda People." Save yourself the headache and go straight to Cerritos instead.

I got a low oil warning…read moreindicator on our 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, so I made an appointment using their online system, which was a breeze. I was able to schedule it for the next morning, which is almost unheard of. I arrived as they opened the Service Dept., and was greeted by Anthony, my service associate. I explained the situation, and he had a good idea of what the issue probably was, which is exactly what it turned out to be, a leak in the front timing cover. Long story short, due to the age of the vehicle when we purchased it, we added an extended warranty which just paid for itself. This approximately $4,000 repair only cost us a $200 copay. Anthony was a straight shooter and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire service appointment and with the repair. For their customers, they have a carpeted waiting lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, and lots of pictures of historic Maserati and Alfa Romeo racing cars. There's a coffee station, and a mini fridge with bottled water. There's another area with some tables for eating or working, depending on how long you might be there. When my repair turned into something more than an oil change, they gave me a ride home, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Speaking of which, our Stelvio received a full wash and vacuum before I picked it up. We're really enjoying our Alfa Romeo, and this minor hiccup aside, it's been a problem free vehicle so far. I'd definitely recommend Maserati of Puente Hills, if you are looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle or need service for either your Alfa Romeo or Maserati.

I had been searching for a used car for over a month and had visited about 20 different dealerships to test drive and meet with dealers. Some of them were pretty shady and some were very pushy. I was not set on a certain make/model of car, though I had a few in mind. I was mostly concerned with getting a low milage vehicle with good gas milage at a good price. Eventually, I ran across a great deal on a 2010 Honda Fit Sport at Mac Auto and met with their dealer, Tigran. He was straight forward and honest about any issues he knew regarding the car and agreed to fix a few minor scratches we noticed while test driving. He also let us know they had a 30 day warranty if we noticed anything else the initial weeks owning the car. About a week into owning the car I realized the horn wasn't working, so I took it to Mac Auto and they determined it required a clock-spring replacement. Although it took a little time for the part to come in, they repaired it without any hassle for free. Both times I went in for the car to be repaired, Tigran was nice enough to chauffeur me out around town so I wasn't stuck just waiting at the dealership. I see some of these other reviews and I get the sense that some people don't know what to expect from a used car dealership. Most of these vehicles are bought at auctions. The dealerships do their best to diagnose any problems with them, but things will arise if you are driving these cars on a daily permanent basis that someone who test drives them for problems initially may not notice. The difference between a bad/good dealership is that a good one will repair those types of problems when they come up, and that is certainly what Mac Auto did for us. We did not get the sleazy used car-salesman pitch at any time while we were there, and we were not pressured or bullied into buy anything (none of the, "what can I do to get you to buy this car right now, today" I dealt with at several of the other places I visited earlier that month). After experiencing about 20 other places, I really have to say Mac Auto and Tigran treated us better than any of the other places and its why they got our sale.
