They have nice things but super expensive. Women's clothing, cocktail dresses , shoes, appliances, and even Halloween decorations were extremely expensive. The store was empty but they had 2 people working the register and there was a line of about 5 people. Otherwise not sure how they stay open. When I tried to redeem one I was told I used the Kohl's cash in the store right after I received it from customer service. Both times I left the store right after my return. I spent more than an hour talking to several customer service agents. They all said that I used that cash in the store before leaving the store. They finally gave me $20 back on one card. Some how the person at the register must be able to get access to the Kohl's cash. The agents were not very helpful or nice. I don't intend to do my shopping at Kohls any more.

I thought It was a great bargain once I looked at the tag price and they had my size so I snatched one up. I didn't try it on in the store ( something I never do :/ ) especially with suits, due to me knowing my size. Upon trying it on, the suit was to tight and short on the sleeves. It wasn't to big of a deal due to the fact that I just stumbled upon the suits and I was really looking for one in particular. I am convinced that Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross sell material that didn't pass the quality check at the manufacturers, but are still saleable at a reduced price. That suit felt like it was 2 sizes to small and 2-3 inches short in length. I'll just stick to getting socks and other accessories and buy suits from suit retailers.

It was a moment when I entered HomeGoods for the first time. I had not had seen such a great…read moreamount of things that were so much fun to browse in one place that was not the run-of-the-mill stuff you would find at Amazon or Walmart. And it constantly changes, never the same store when you go in as the inventory moves and updates all the time. I love it!! It is my new favorite place since we live wayyyy too far from Central Market (haven't been there in years). It is my guilty pleasure, hubby knows when I say I am going to town 'to go goof around' where he can find me. I never leave there empty-handed and have to smell all the candles, look at all the new housewares and see if there are any new cute outfits for my grandbabies (or a new blouse for me). I buy my purses here now too, they have a pretty good selection and I usually get a new one every 3 years or so. The knick-knacks for decor get to me every time, they are so original and offbeat...kinda like me I guess. Ha! This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.
