I finally just used the kiosk, 20 minutes later, they didn't have the size even though inventory appears on the kiosk. I asked for half a size smaller. 10 minutes later, they brought out the size i originally asked for but only one shoe and dissappeared. I looked around, found the 2nd shoe on display and just took it. Good grief I did not want to wait around for almost an hour to buy ~$300 worth of shoes. Do better Dicks!

They have nice things but super expensive. Women's clothing, cocktail dresses , shoes, appliances, and even Halloween decorations were extremely expensive. The store was empty but they had 2 people working the register and there was a line of about 5 people. Otherwise not sure how they stay open. I really wish they would offer more discounts or mark down more.

When I tried to redeem one I was told I used the Kohl's cash in the store right after I received it from customer service. Both times I left the store right after my return. I spent more than an hour talking to several customer service agents. They all said that I used that cash in the store before leaving the store. They finally gave me $20 back on one card. Some how the person at the register must be able to get access to the Kohl's cash. The agents were not very helpful or nice. I don't intend to do my shopping at Kohls any more.

I was in the area and I decided to go into Marshalls to get look for dress socks and upon going to that section I noticed they had nice designer suits, which I've never seen there before. I thought It was a great bargain once I looked at the tag price and they had my size so I snatched one up. I didn't try it on in the store ( something I never do :/ ) especially with suits, due to me knowing my size. Upon trying it on, the suit was to tight and short on the sleeves. It wasn't to big of a deal due to the fact that I just stumbled upon the suits and I was really looking for one in particular. I am convinced that Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross sell material that didn't pass the quality check at the manufacturers, but are still saleable at a reduced price. That suit felt like it was 2 sizes to small and 2-3 inches short in length. I'll just stick to getting socks and other accessories and buy suits from suit retailers.

I think this is a new store. I don't remember it being here before. It was nice and organized and the staff were very friendly. A nice gentlemen was greeting customers as they entered the store. I did not look at anything else today. I decided to buy 3 purses. The prices were just to good to pass on. They also had a few Valentino purses. I wish they were a different color. If you see something and are thinking about buying but are still kinda on the fence about it...buy it and think about it at home because it won't be there later. I was able to find a lot on my last visit. I bought 5 shirts for my hubby and 9 blouses for me. It was under $200! This never happens. It's been a while since I've been to HomeGoods. Needed a dog bed, and heard that they had a great…read moreselection at reasonable prices. This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.
