We asked for napkin and waitress advised they did not have any but could bring us some paper towels which she quickly did. We noticed no table had pepper shakers on them. BIG MISTAKE. I pull up to the window, pay for pizzas, then am asked to pull around front because they aren't ready like I was told. 25 minutes later I have to walk in and ask where my food is. They totally forgot about me. Not even an apology or a thank you from them. They lost my business. I refuse to eat somewhere we're customers are lied to and forgotten. The lady working was so slow- I understand this because she was elderly but if the manager of the store knows this, then they need someone else working with her; I've seen her before working and it's always the same deal, the line moving so slow. The other Subway is much better with service and food quality, it's just further away and I wanted to get it quick but I know if I would have drove to the other one, I would have already had my food.
