The waitress came out and got our drink orders and delivered them fairly promptly. She said just to let you know it will be about 25 minutes before you get your food. There were 4 people in our area. Over an hour passed before the food came out... Missing the French fries. We had to go and locate the waitress twice to tell her we had not gotten the fries They still didn't come out. In about 30 minutes they finally arrived after asking twice. They were fresh and hot so obviously they had not been cooked 30 minutes earlier. Offered dessert because we had to wait so long. We took it but around 25 more minutes before it was delivered. Not great at all. Brownie obviously old and dried out. Waitress told us there were 3 cooks in the kitchen. Not sure what they were doing. We watched the second half of the Arizona v somebody game and the first half of the Duke v Virginia game. You just can't make this stuff up. Maybe worst service ever!

Flounder was hot, crisp and flaky. Slaw was home made and potato was oven baked in foil. Very good service and food was on par with seafood we had this winter while staying in Florida. There is no dining room, only drive-through or curb service. Being a hotdog aficionado, I ordered the two hotdogs, fries, and drink special. This has the opportunity to be a great hotdog! However, because the business is new and very popular, these dogs were assembled in a hurry and were a bit sloppy. With a little more attention this dog would've been great. And I'm guessing that because they're new they just don't have their system worked out well enough to handle the crowd. So let's address the dog itself. The hotdog, an all beef Frank, was apparently cooked on the grill, which is a good thing. It was flavorful and a pretty good size dog by comparison to some. The bun was toasted, as it should be, on the grill and was just perfect. The dressings is where it started to fall apart. Mustard was flopped on one end, but not spread evenly over the dog, and really should be under the dog. The chili, what little there was of it, was pretty tasty. I just like my dogs with lots of chili. The slaw was sweet and crunchy as slaw should be, but it was also rather haphazardly spread over the dog. The onions were crisp and fresh. So all in all, this was a decent hotdog; however, with a little more time, just to touch more time, it could've been a great hotdog. The french fries were excellent. Cooked perfectly, right amount of salt, and served hot. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt being new and all and will try it again next time I'm in Sparta.
