First off its Pizza Hut. I'm not expecting 5 Star quality and service. In a pinch I will get Pizza Hut from where we are from. We are from out of town and at 5pm, expected there not to be a crowd but not expecting it completely empty either. Stood for a while waiting for someone to seat us as sign says to wait. Finally went to the counter and lady took us to a table. Took our drink orders. Told they did not have Mt. Dew on fountain, only in bottles. I chose just to get a Pepsi. Placed our order of bread sticks and Med pizza. Was told bread sticks come in 10 or 20. WOW. Our home place does 5 or 10 but OK. They come out as 5 longs cut in half to make 10....... Now it makes sense. Another couple come in so now 4 in the restaurant. They seem to do a LOT of drive through pick up business. Pizza arrives, A lot less sausage on it than we would normally see at home. If bacon was on it, I may could have counted the pieces. Peperoni same, very little. We asked for napkin and waitress advised they did not have any but could bring us some paper towels which she quickly did. We noticed no table had pepper shakers on them. Asked and she again said they were out but could bring us pepper in the little paper bag things like take out has. I did not ask but it seems as if a delivery truck had not come in some time or someone failed to place order for stock. Since we only come here once a year, will see what 2026 brings. read more

This place is terrible. Virtually no service. Place was darn near empty and waitress still couldn't refill drinks. Buffet was a joke when in 45 minutes time only 1 other pizza was provided. Lazy employees.....just sad. read more

We were one of 2 tables in the dining room... Our table and the other table both got our orders WRONG. My family and I are never the type to complain. I am a waitress and my husband has been a kitchen manager for YEARS.. but after this experience I'm extremely disappointed that I can't give them half a star or a negative star rating.. We ordered wings and a side of fries. We received MAYBE 8 fries total, for the price of 4 dollars. The wings were right, but we didn't eat them due to hair being in the bowl. We ordered a medium pizza and waited 25 minutes and received a small pizza that had toppings that wasn't AT ALL what we ordered. We ordered my son a personal CHEESE pizza.. it came out way after our pizza and was covered in sausage and I'm not even sure what else.. We didn't eat ANY of our food but agreed to pay for the 2 things that we got that we did actually order. Honestly don't waste your time eating here.. We sure won't be.. We addressed each issue and each time we addressed one mistake another thing came to the table that was beyond wrong.. and like previously stated, the only other table in the restaurant also got their pizza orders wrong... We received not so much as an apology, which is why I am making this review. I'm trying to save other people from wasting their money and leaving as unhappy and feeling as unheard as we did. Only customers in the dining room, and the waitress seemed annoyed from the start that we even came in. Main reason for going in was the salad bar, and they said it was closed because they didn't have any more lettuce. (It was 6pm and The grocery store is literally in the same parking lot) They seemed to be out of a lot of things on the menu, But when we did find something to order the Food came out pretty fast and was still what was expected for Pizza Hut, so that's really all they had going for them. So when googling this Pizza Hut specifically it says that they open at 10. Not once but twice have I tried to come here and eat all around 11 o'clock and both times the doors have been locked! This most recent and last time we got up to the doors and again they were locked. Upon further investigation I called them and after about 10 minutes of the automated messaging system and employee got in the phone acting like we could order for take out or delivery. If I were Pizza Hut I'd definitely take a look at staffing because this is ridiculous. We will not be back until this problem is fixed. read more

Probably one of the most disgusting experiences. I found a hair on a slice and of course rest of the pizza went to trash. I asked for a well done and a clean cut but got a barely cooked and I'm pretty sure it's not clean cut. Submitted my disappointment to Pizza Hut customer care which might or might not get back to me. read more

We had the lunch buffet recently and it was delicious. The lunch buffet is always good here. Excellent quality and variety in the pizzas they put out on the buffet. On our most recent visit there were pepperoni pizzas on various styles of crust, cheese, veggie, triple meat, chicken, meat and veggie combos, and more. They have pasta, breadsticks, dessert breadsticks, and a salad bar. Everything was fresh and tasty. Sometimes the timing of new pizzas on the buffet could be better, but I guess it is hard to balance when to put out new food on days that there aren't many diners. The restaurant has been well maintained since the new store was built. It is clean and there are clean restrooms. The televisions are usually on weather and news, which I appreciate at the lunch hour. This location also has a handy drive thru. We get takeout here from time to time. All in all, it's a solid pizza experience. read more
