I could have happily eaten another round. Panzanella Pistachio pesto, arugula, mozzarella, balsamic, and warm croutons. Nothing particularly groundbreaking, but it was done really well. Fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. Beef Brisket Served with bread from next door, charred onion, queso, and a sunny-side-up egg. The beef practically melted in my mouth. This was a really well-done dish. Crispy Potatoes Truffle Parmesan, pistachio pesto, and black pepper aioli. My first thought was, "Wow, I didn't think potatoes could get any better." These were SO good! Lamb Meatballs These were a special, served with hummus. They were good, but probably my least favorite thing we ordered. The lamb flavor was a little too strong and gamey for my personal taste. If you love lamb, you might enjoy these more than I did.
