I'm not one to blame the staff as I know how little these people are being paid and how often they are being asked to cover low staffing numbers with less people and more work for the same pay. I blame Bojangles in general for their mostly universal mediocre to bad service. Most of the locations I go to have people who are friendly and want to do well but they are either understaffed or under-supported.
