This was my first experience at the N. Battleground location of Harris Teeter. The selection was phenomenal, especially the plant-based items. I was delighted with the store's condition overall. There were employees visibly working in various areas, stocking, straightening items on shelves, and assisting customers. Two shining HT employees assisted me. A young man named Clay helped me find some items I was looking for in the store. He later helped bag my groceries as the sweetest cashier, McCaeila, checked me out. I told McCaeila about a spill I saw in the aisle, and she immediately addressed it. These young people were great representations of Harris Teeter that day.

What would a shopper expect from a grocer? I think the salient things are good food, fresh ingredients, a thorough selection of items, friendly & efficient service. On these criteria, this Harris Teeter excels but there is more to tell. I certainly appreciate the electric shopping carts and this is a store where they have enough so I can always use one when I come. As a handicapped veteran, this is not just appreciated but necessary! One day, a bagger inadvertently failed to bag a roast I was planning to cook for dinner. I called the store. The manager promptly delivered the meat in a refrigerated Ice Chest to my home in Reidsville, some 16 miles away. Recently, I fell injuring my knee so I looked into shopping online. Harris Teeter has a drive up area equipped with a call button. One announces one's name and the staff brings it out; load it into your trunk. You use your credit card with a wireless terminal to complete the transaction. I am super picky about the selection of vegetables and fruit. The personal shopper did as fine a job as I would, if I had selected these myself. The preparation fee is under $5. The capabilities of the online shopping are excellent right down to keeping a record of previous orders and keeping multiple shopping lists for future ease of shopping. The transactions are seamlessly coded that seem to work fine with any of my browsers. It remembers my address, Vic card, and all other important details. After I had placed an order on line, I added some more items I need to another order. The personal shopper was smart enough to merge the two orders so I would not be charged two preparation fees. Does all of this deserve 5 Stars? I know the name of many of the checkers, stock clerks, and managers. Every one of them is Uber friendly. There is more! I purchased some cheese that turned out to be past its expiration date. I returned it and the store gave me double what the item cost in cash! Now that is 5 star service.

We found this place by chance and are fortunate we did. It's a member's only establishment (I had…read moresome of those jackets back in the day. Remember them? ) but the cost is just ten bucks. They have a lot of things going on here all the time. Monday: Discount refills on mugs of beer. Tuesday: Order two drinks and get a free stogie, plus seltzers are on sale. Wednesday: Discounts on domestic bottles and wells. Thursday: Half-price wine, discounted craft cans, and a special priced pizza combo. Friday: Live music Saturday: Live music Sunday: Discounted mimosas, Blbloody Mary's, domestic buckets, wings, and appetizers. Plus, live music! We dropped in on a Sunday just before the live blues started up. I had a mango beer, and my wife had some wine. We also got an order of meatballs in sauce to snack on. There were three nice size meatballs served in a convenient to-go container in case we didn't finish them. They have 12 large screen TVs around the two rooms (there's a second room in the back, check it out) playing sports silently, including some interesting X-Games tupe stuff. Very cool. There are two free pool tables also. And they are real pool tables, not junky quarter tables. The cues and chalk are quality as well. Big Bump was playing some kick @$$ blues and taking requests while we were there. Awesome!!! A+++ All The Way and were already planning to return.

THAT PATIO...WOW!…read more This spot at Revolution Mill is outstanding from top to bottom. The food, the ambiance and the service are stellar. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves as far as the quality of the food and drinks served here. Everything from the apps and drinks, to the steaks and mains were top notch. Perfectly cooked juicy steaks, up there with the best of the best in the area. You won't go wrong with anything off of this menu, and the bartenders know what they're doing with delicious cocktails. In this review, I really want to emphasize the absolutely picture perfect patio they offer. First off, the interior space is large and beautiful. From the main dining room, to the large bar, and even the 2nd floor dining area. And then feast your eyes on the large wrap around patio, with an added separate bar and covered area as well. There are maybe a handful of great patio dining experiences in Greensboro that aren't on a main busy street or facing a parking lot. And those are great, but few and far in between. This patio stands with the best of them. No busy street. No loud parking lot. A raised area with flowing water, lush greenery and even a serene fountain that all surround this wrap around and elevated patio. Just an excellent experience for drinks, food, friends and family, or all of the above. We enjoy bellying up to a bar for drinks and happy hr, we enjoy going to places for a few apps, and we also enjoy tasty food and the whole experience. This has now become one of the top spots in our rotation for happy hr drinks, a few snacks, or for a full dining experience. If you haven't been yet...go. If you've already enjoyed the amazing food in their main dining area or bar...come back and enjoy this lovely patio experience.
