I am only one person, so I cannot possible eat a whole melon in one day and need it to last a while. The owner is nice and all the employees are helpful. All the associates I have worked with have been very knowledgeable about the products and have eagerly made suggestions when i was looking for something specific or different. The Sicilian lemon balsamic is my default and i always have it on hand. I use it as a salad dressing on its own - no need to mix with oil. It's perfect on chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber.
