I'm now a regular at CVS and when out of town seek them out. No issues with parking, but there was some minor debris. Signage is excellent. The store is not far from highway 40. The store was clean and I went directly back to the pharmacy. A check offered to assist me. I found my product and the shelves were organized. Checkout was smooth by the pharmacist. This location seemed to be lacking customer service training, but fortunately for them, they are conveniently located to several nearby hotels. I stopped in and spent several minutes looking for the snacks and decently priced drinks (which didn't happen as CVS likes to overprice drinks). I got the snacks and drinks I needed to last through this work trip. There was a pretty good line, and only one employee in site. Eventually another employee came up and started to help with the line of customers. I probably should have just looked up the nearest Walmart or Target instead since I didn't need any prescription items. read more

Had a prescription I was alerted I had ready for pickup two days before Christmas. I tried to pick it up on Christmas Eve on my way out of town only to find they were on holiday hours (btw, I've yet to see evidence they are truly open the hours this place advertises), so was planning to pick up today. I received a text last night asking when will I pick it up. So, I promptly replied I'd pick it up today. Prior to going to pick up my script, I called to find out the cost, only to be told they'd put my script back in the shelf. Oh, but hell no. I am changing insurance companies in a few days. customer service is horrible. they lied saying they sent a message to my doctor about my prescription (they did not). im on the phone with my doctor to see if he could prescribe a different medicine and the pharmacist told me they dont have time for a new prescription because they are leaving. they close at 7pm i was there at 6:40pm because i work until 6 and it take a while to get there. horrible management horrible workers. i would of understood to come back the next day. but it seem as if my prescription wasnt of importance. as well as another customer i watch them turn around because they didnt have time to deal with it. an email message to me once they realize a problem would of been helpful instead of wasting a full day. looking at how many people have the same problem corporate might want to get a new staff at this location. read more

I really like this CVS. Not only are the employees always friendly, they're helpful too. They've saved me money on various occasions with giving advice about coupons and the pharmacists offering to help with rebates. Any time I need laundry detergent, milk, pantry items or cereal, this is the place to come. I especially like when they run sales on their cereal. Their seasonal items are fun too, especially for Halloween and Valentine's Day. This CVS is definitely the place to be year-round! read more

Customer service is LACKING. I am 2 days away from my due date, CLEARLY gigantically pregnant. My 18-month old daughter and I came down with a wicked cold and I ran in to get some medicine. I left her and my husband out in the car (bc I didn't trust him getting what I needed) and thus, left my keys with the CVS "discount" tag with them. Upon checkout- of which NO ONE was stationed at the register and a huge line was forming... I mentioned I didn't have my tag. The guy tried looking up my card by my phone number and for some reason it didn't come up. So he tells me I NEED TO GO GET THE KEY TAG. Seriously?!? SERIOUSLY?!?! I NEEDED TO GO WADDLE MY PREGNANT ASS OUT TO THE CAR TO GET MY KEYS SO I COULD SAVE A FEW BUCKS ON THEIR OVER-PRICED COUGH SYRUP?!?!? I was pretty surprised they didn't just AS A COURTESY let me use a store card. Ugh. Beyond annoyed. read more

This drug store is not very old but it seems to already be worn down, worn out, something worn. Very often they don't have what I need in stock. They always seem to be "waiting on the delivery truck". The location is convenient which is why I even bother to stop here. There is plenty of traffic at their intersection and lots of residents nearby. Not sure why they don't step up their game more. read more

I placed an order for photos online and I came in to get them and they were butchered..half the picture was cut off...so I asked the guy helping me if I could reprint them in store and he said no there's nothing he can do for me. How can you offer something online and when you come to pick it up in store it's not even what you ordered and the manager won't even let you change it? Poor customer service, thank God I asked to see what they looked like or I would've wasted money on something that wasn't what I ordered! Pathetic read more

Hard to find customer service like this! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Jacalyn, the pharmacy manager was VERY helpful, and Brady, a tech, went above and beyond, OUTSTANDING! If you don't have Health Insurance do not get your prescriptions from CVS. Their price point is $30-$150 over any other pharmacy around. They are rude, and not knowledgeable enough to explain why their cost is ridiculously higher then the pharmacy next door. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere! ! read more

Because I'm in town and only here for a few days I handed my sister my debit card and told her to "just run around the corner to Cvs and have her prescriptions refilled." She is out of work and currently has no health insurance. When she got home and told me how much she spent I almost fell over. We quickly downloaded an app that priced the the same Rx's in the area. Well I over payed by about $100. We called and asked why, for the same exact medicine they are charging almost triple the price then everyone else? Nothing, nada no answers. It was my mistake for telling her to go to the closest place before calling around, but for one place to over price things this much is ridiculous. The CVS is very convenient right near I-40 which is very nice. BUT..... the pharmacy staff are very rude and make you feel your inconveniencing them. They can't even look you in the eye when talking to you about a prescription. I doubt I will use them again for prescriptions. read more

Very rude manager--I stopped to send a moneygram and afterwards asked if I could use the restroom. Carla pointed to the door and I reached for the handle and Charles the manager said "I have to open it for you." I said thanks but after a few minutes he banged heavily on the door and I said just a minute. My gosh, I guess you have to pay a toll at this CVS under Charles' management on 12/14/14!!! This afternoon I went to CVS to purchase an ACE bandage for my sprained ankle. I am currently on crutches. As I was hobbling towards the register to pay for my bandage, one of my crutches suddenly collapsed. Unfortunately, they are old crutches and one of the screws came loose. One of the employees, Jeff, happened to see this disaster unfold. I am very appreciative of his assistance and high level of customer service. He picked up my crutch and put the screw back in place for me. He could have left it alone after that, but he was concerned that I may fall again. He tied a zip tie around my broken crutch to make sure it would hold until I could purchase a suitable replacement. He didn't have to help me, he could've ignored the situation and continued his shift, as if he didn't see anything. I really appreciate his kindness and helpful attitude. I hope this comment finds him well because I don't think my "thank you" fully captured my gratitude. read more
