As close as possible to personal service with a pharmacy experience, positive as well as timely and professional. Definitely five stars here. The Deets: I recently visited Lewisville Drug to assist my mother by going to pick up her post surgery medications. They treated me just like they have known me, a personal small town feeling (yes, they followed correct procedure in checking ID, very reassuring). They had everything we needed and the prescription was ready with no issues. My parents have sworn by this local pharmacy and Keith/staff here for their medication needs for years, and I can see why. When my father had surgery in the past and as soon as we knew the new roster of medications from that point on, the pharmacy made his new premade a.m./p.m. daily packets of his meds on the correct schedule as soon as the information/new prescriptions were available. This service is so amazingly helpful for my father and so appreciated. I've seen my folks pick up the phone to consult with the pharmacy and I can tell they have a rapport with the staff there. It means a lot. Their slogan I've seen says "big time service, small town care" and I think that sums it up pretty well.

My mother has used this pharmacy since it opened in 2014 and they have been awesome at ensuring that all of her needs are met. Pharmacists Tony and Miss Joe run a tight ship to make sure customers have what they need when they need it. Rwan and all the other team members are great at customer service. I really appreciate that everyone knows my mother and me by name when we call because it indicates a willingness to personalize our interactions instead of making it only about business. I love the fact that, unlike larger retail companies, Triad Choice Pharmacy makes an effort to get to know its customers. In addition to their retail services, they also offer home delivery and pill packs, both services my mother enjoys. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that there are staff members who speak Spanish for customers who may need that. Whatever you need, they will try to help! The business is located on the Southside of Winston-Salem off of Waughtown Street, and is easily accessible from the highway. They have drive-thru access as well. If you value excellence like I do, I highly recommend Triad Choice Pharmacy. When you go by, tell them Mrs. Anderson's daughter, Kindra Speech, sent ya!

My 15-year-old wheelchair needed repair and I found Embrace on a Google search and so fortunate that I did. The owner Jon is awesome and by far the nicest business owner you could be fortunate enough to do business with. Jon is very personable, honest and takes all the time you need to answer your questions. Unfortunately, my wheelchair was obsolete as were any hopes of getting discontinued parts. The good news was I was able to purchase a show room power wheelchair in stock at Embrace and fell in love with the comfort of it right away! As a customer that started out seeking repair at Embrace I also worked with Jon to purchase my new one. So I dealt with Jon on both of these services he offered (repair and supply). Embrace will always be my go-to now for the best in the business!

1 STAR -- Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Customer Service…read more I am sharing my experience with Embrace Medical Supply and DME Repair in Winston-Salem, NC, because I believe other patients and families deserve to know how I was treated while attempting to obtain medically necessary equipment. Following Achilles tendon surgery, I needed a lightweight wheelchair to assist with my mobility and recovery. I worked with this company for approximately two weeks, yet I never received the equipment. On October 12, 2026, I received an urgent message from a representative named John. When I returned his call, he informed me that a wheelchair had supposedly already been ordered for me on September 22, preventing his company from moving forward. I contacted my insurance company, which informed me that it had no wheelchair claim on file for the dates I provided. The only relevant claim identified for September 22 was for a splint for my leg and foot. When I called John back and respectfully questioned where the incorrect information originated, he could not provide a clear explanation. I expressed my frustration regarding the conflicting information, ongoing delays, and difficulty reaching the company. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, John raised his voice, began yelling at me, and stated, "I dismiss you as my customer." He then hung up the telephone. Yes, those were his actual words. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I was not being disrespectful or unreasonable. I was simply advocating for myself and trying to obtain equipment needed for my safety and recovery. Patients recovering from surgery should not have to deal with unnecessary confusion, poor communication, and hostility when asking legitimate questions. Good customer service is not just about selling medical equipment. It is about treating people with dignity, respect, compassion, and professionalism -- especially when they are already dealing with medical challenges. After approximately two weeks, I was left without a wheelchair, without a resolution, and with an extremely disappointing experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. No patient should be made to feel that asking questions about their medical needs is grounds for being dismissed as a customer.

I took my time as there were many vitamins, herbal loose leave and encapsulated teas along with juices, powders, tinctures and general good for you grocery products too. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I really enjoyed my time there. It is the middle of the lunch hour and the shop is fairly busy which is always good to see as you know their products are fresher than most stores of this type. I noticed you can fill your water cooler jugs there as well. Glad I stopped in and I know I will be back when I need some products I can't find anywhere else in Winston Salem.
