Excellence! That's the word that comes to mind when I think of Triad Choice Pharmacy. I am not exaggerating when I say this independently owned local pharmacy is excellent in every way. My mother has used this pharmacy since it opened in 2014 and they have been awesome at ensuring that all of her needs are met. Pharmacists Tony and Miss Joe run a tight ship to make sure customers have what they need when they need it. Rwan and all the other team members are great at customer service. I really appreciate that everyone knows my mother and me by name when we call because it indicates a willingness to personalize our interactions instead of making it only about business. I love the fact that, unlike larger retail companies, Triad Choice Pharmacy makes an effort to get to know its customers. In addition to their retail services, they also offer home delivery and pill packs, both services my mother enjoys. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that there are staff members who speak Spanish for customers who may need that. Whatever you need, they will try to help! The business is located on the Southside of Winston-Salem off of Waughtown Street, and is easily accessible from the highway. They have drive-thru access as well.
