She listens to all of my concerns before she even gets started. Today a very sweet girl named Katelyn got my X-rays while I waited for Laurie. She was an absolute sweetheart. Let's face it we all hate getting our teeth x-rayed because it's uncomfortable but she made it as quick as possible so all was good. Dr. Brad Samuel came in to do the examination and he was thorough making sure I didn't have any issues. The office staff are wonderful as well. They are attentive to any and all questions. I raised concerns immediately after surgery and at subsequent follow up appointments concerning excess skin/sagging that was still remaining. I was told I was being "a perfectionist" and this was the best that could be done for my issue. That it looked good laying down, so just lay down all the time. That a revision would leave a visible scar, even though one was visible then and now. Now, months later, there is still quite a bit of loose skin left, with a visible scar that wrinkles the remaining skin during certain movements. I am looking at $8000 + for another surgeon to fix.

She was snappy and just plain horrid. We asked her if the brushes we were looking at were on sale. Her reply was "What does it say? If it doesn't say it's on sale then you can't have it on sale!" I was so taken aback by her answer I just didn't say a word. The lables didn't say one way or another, there was just a big sign that read BOGO Free on select brushes but there was no fine print! I was so angry but we needed new brushes. I just picked up the four brushes we needed and paid full price for them. The lady didn't say a word to us and slammed my bag on the counter. Found out that YES all the brushes I bought SHOULD have been on sale, It's not even worth arguing about. I will NEVER give this place my business again. PERIOD!
