My mother has used this pharmacy since it opened in 2014 and they have been awesome at ensuring that all of her needs are met. Pharmacists Tony and Miss Joe run a tight ship to make sure customers have what they need when they need it. Rwan and all the other team members are great at customer service. I really appreciate that everyone knows my mother and me by name when we call because it indicates a willingness to personalize our interactions instead of making it only about business. I love the fact that, unlike larger retail companies, Triad Choice Pharmacy makes an effort to get to know its customers. In addition to their retail services, they also offer home delivery and pill packs, both services my mother enjoys. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that there are staff members who speak Spanish for customers who may need that. Whatever you need, they will try to help! The business is located on the Southside of Winston-Salem off of Waughtown Street, and is easily accessible from the highway. They have drive-thru access as well. I had a very sweet gentleman mix me up some aromatherapy while we perused the store. My husband is fighting stage 4 cancer & I was looking for some natural things to help him. I was shocked to find soursop there! I have read so much about that helping with cancer. They also had locally made fire cider which is GREAT this time of year! Jason helped us & my God- he was GREAT! He gave me local cancer survivors resources & even let me borrow a book on Immunotherapy. He was a wealth of knowledge as a cancer survivor himself. I picked up some reishi & Lions mane mushrooms, other supplements, and some things to add to my husbands regimen. I found the prices incredibly fair & some were cheaper than I've been paying at Whole Foods. I'd MUCH rather give them my money than Amazon! Everyone was so kind and helpful! I took my time as there were many vitamins, herbal loose leave and encapsulated teas along with juices, powders, tinctures and general good for you grocery products too. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I really enjoyed my time there. It is the middle of the lunch hour and the shop is fairly busy which is always good to see as you know their products are fresher than most stores of this type. I noticed you can fill your water cooler jugs there as well. Glad I stopped in and I know I will be back when I need some products I can't find anywhere else in Winston Salem.

The young lady that helped me, Kyndra, was a professional, knowledgeable, and just a delight! I give my experience 5 stars, for sure. The chain as a whole gets a lower ranking, however, thus the final Yelp! ranking above. Sally's is a nice beauty supply store for seasoned professionals or novices needing over-the-counter assistance. Their in-store customer service is impeccable due to the product knowledge of their staff. I give 3 stars for two specific reasons. #1 The inventory is limited by the small footprint of the store and is not displayed well. There is a three-aisle design for product shelves, with a front cash register area right as you enter. It is VERY compact and is almost the same as any Sally's Beauty Supply that I have ever been in. The layout limits the amount of product they can sell and how it looks (read messy/cluttered). #2 Lack of products for ethnic beauties. Perhaps this is due in part to the lack of space, but Sally's storefront has a very limited amount of offerings of beauty brands that cater to ethnic consumers with thicker, curlier, coarser, or less oily hair. In 2022 this is unacceptable. They also lack a variety of clearly marked plant-based and cruelty-free products. So although they have done well with training their staff and surviving in the industry over many years, I believe that Sally Beauty Supply needs to "get with the program" and improve in a few areas in order to become a 5 star establishment.

Girl was condensing and told me if I wasn't happy with the color I can come back and return it. Nice customer service you guys have here. Usually the girls are so helpful and even give you suggestions but today I was so dissatisfied. Atleast talk to the customer.
