I questioned because I was just there a couple months prior, and it was free? Jordan blurts out YOU need to call your insurance; that's between you and them! After a quick call to my insurance provider, I get the YES, its covered. I return to the pharmacy to "try" and get my shot. Jordan simply stated that she was relying on the information in my profile yet never took the time to verify my card or my ID. However, I repeatedly told her I had Cigna! This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If Jordan cannot take a simple step to verify insurance or verify the person. I am concerned about ability to accurately fill prescriptions that puts people's safety at risk.
