I've…read morehad pretty good outcomes so far, most everything I've needed has been in stock but there has been a couple times when it wasn't or this location simply didn't carry an item I was looking for. I've found most staff to be polite and offer to help me without having to search for them or ask first. Michelle in plumbing really saved the day when searching for transition pieces. She knew exactly what was needed & where it was located. Staff in electrical have been very helpful as well. Prices are pretty standard for all stores so this location is no different. Product lines are consistent as well. I have no complaints about this store. I've never had a bad experience here. Returns are inevitable when you're unfitting old homes and CS Desk staff have always been polite and accommodating with me. I'll keep shopping here until my projects are completed.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they do not sell pet food like their sister store in Elkin. Today I purchased 15 large bags of garden soil for my raised beds. The gentlemen that loaded the bags into the truck were awesome...and very quick. The only thing that would have made this trip perfect would be if they would have followed me home and unloaded them for me...in the garden.
