My only complaint would be the lack of a drive thru but considering the location and layout of the store, it's not an option. I urge you to do a price comparison with CVS, Walgreens and even Walmart before having an RX filled.

Dove supply in the Greensboro store was very helpful and they helped us fine what we thought would be the best chair for my husband. The delivery was a little slow but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the chair started to make some kind of noise. My husband called the Greensboro store back told them what the chair was doing. They said they would send someone out to take a look at it. It happened to be a part they didn't have in stock, so that had to be delivered, which was fine. They came back about 3 weeks later and installed the part. probably about a month latter the noise came back. We called the store again. And in about 2 days latter they informed us they was NOT GOING TOFIX THE PROBLEM (because they had already fixed it once.) My husband and I are both in our seventy. We paid almost $3,000.00 for that chair and it was hard for us to lose that on a chair they want fix. Please don't go to Dove Medical. I think they try to avoid warranty on the elderly. My husband chair is still under warranty. Jo Shelton Reidsville,NC

Seemed a bit understaffed with one person but that staff member was so helpful and friendly. Apparently not working with insurance reimbursements at this time however, but appeared to be stocked with lots of patient/home care needs to purchase. The Deets: Out for a weekend lunch, we were discussing how it would be good for us to start investigating getting a cane to assist my father's mobility. By chance at the restaurant, there was someone with a cane there that actually informed us that they got the cane next door to the restaurant we were at...what are the chances? So we went next door after our meal and discovered Dove Medical Supply, a retail health/medical needs store. They were a good sized store with lots of things for patient/home care assistance with hospital beds, trach supplies, urology supplies, ostomy supplies, seat and patient lift, orthopedic needs, patient care needs and other things including patient mobility supply such as medical scooters, walkers, and canes. They had a great number of different cane styles along the wall and an associate came over to help answer questions and guide us to our cane of choice. The associate was very positive, upbeat, and helpful. But she had her hands full multiple customers coming in at once. This timing lead to a good line at checkout and again this solo associate rang up each one. I'd say she needs some help there, at least one person handling the floor while another at the checkout would greatly help. Again though, this lone associate was extremely nice through every transaction. I will note that they do not work with insurance currently so there is no insurance reimbursement available at this time, a bit disappointing. My father really likes his cane and thinks the choice was the best one for him. Dove Medical Supply appeared just when needed and helped us out!

I was taken in the back by a member of the staff and went through the typical pre-exam routine. The girl who assisted me was extremely nice and friendly. She took me to the main exam room and I waited less than five minutes for the doctor. Dr. Frye was my doctor that day. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she was also super friendly and helpful. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and never once did I feel rushed. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issues, and took her time in explaining things to me and offering solutions. She gave me samples of eye drops, contact solution, and both my existing contacts and a different brand I was considering. I was in and out in hour. A yearly visit at my previous eye doctor was an all-morning or all-afternoon affair. And despite this, I never felt rushed! I appreciate the time the doctors and staff took with me and I will definitely be back.

So I was going to try them again thinking because of their closure during covid they would afford me with at least one more chance to a different pair of lenses since I paid $185 for a year of service Well to my surprise they are not willing to work with me. They will charge another $185 ( or more) to do contact lenses trial and exam. I was told by another eye care company that I wasn't a fit for contacts, but this doc at Battleground assured me I was. I tried 2 different pairs when I first got started and they didn't work. I kinda gave up but also had other concerns( back surgery) that were more pressing. I think the doctor made a bad choice saying I was able to use contact lenses and now I dont know what to think since they never gave me the full year that I paid for. Very disappointed.
