Jordan informed me it would be over $200 because my Aetna Ins did not cover it. I explained that I actually have Cigna and hold up my Inc. card. Jordan says they are the same! I questioned because I was just there a couple months prior, and it was free? Jordan blurts out YOU need to call your insurance; that's between you and them! After a quick call to my insurance provider, I get the YES, its covered. I return to the pharmacy to "try" and get my shot. Jordan simply stated that she was relying on the information in my profile yet never took the time to verify my card or my ID. However, I repeatedly told her I had Cigna! This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If Jordan cannot take a simple step to verify insurance or verify the person. I am concerned about ability to accurately fill prescriptions that puts people's safety at risk.

I always have a bad experience at this neighborhood Walmart. The few times I've been, selves are…read morealways empty, there are employees "stocking" the selves but they're really standing there talking to their co workers in on their phones blocking the whole isle, and the pick up wait time takes way too long for a service that's supposed to be quick and easy. My recent experience was the grocery pick up, one thing I don't like is the fact the pick up parking is on the side of the building which is not easy to spot. Other stores that provide this service have the pick up in front of building or designated parking near the front which is very easy to spot. Another thing, I waited 45 mins for my groceries. That should not be a thing if I'm ordering my groceries ahead of time and when the app informs me my groceries are "ready". The weirdest thing was while I was waiting, an employee came to my car I rolled my windows down & she handed me some weird Walmart plastic bag wrapped "gift" with a noted taped to it. As she's giving me this she says thank you for being a customer with us." Then walks away. Um, that was weird. I honestly wanted to throw it away cause this isn't a normal thing (and I hope they don't keep doing this), but I opened it & it was 2 vials of bubbles & some random toy. Looks like something you would get at the dollar store, but why? Why would this be a thing? Someone make this make sense!! I don't go to Walmart often, but this experience might be the last time.

I have called the 800 number the majority of the time to complain but this morning I called the club and spoke to a supposed manager (Alaina) because 2 cases of copy paper was delivered before 7:00 a.m. to my office and left outside. My office doesn't open until 8:00 a.m. We are in a "not so good" neighborhood. Hence the reason I have asked repeatedly for my orders to not be left unattended. She told me that I needed to contact their delivery company. That it had nothing to do with Sam's. Excuse me, I make my purchases from Sam's not a delivery company. Also, they currently (since Nov 2021 per the sign) had no pharmacy hours on the weekends. Since I needed to get some prescriptions filled due to a recent really bad cold and my current pharmacy, Sam's doesn't take Good Rx I changed over to this location. It is small but they have enough items to make it worthwhile going to and again I would encourage you to register for Walgreens because it will also save you money. If you're not worried about money...good for you, but I like to save when I can and not too proud to use coupons when it helps.

This is my Grammy's local pharmacy, located in what we call "East Winston." It's a newer building,…read morethe staff is nice, pharmacist is helpful, and the store is usually clean. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the stock levels. There are times, too many to count, that I have been sent to find something and it's not avail or they don't carry it at all. I'm not sure if it is a local ordering issue, or more of an organizational wide thing (as far as how they deal with demographics and sales). However, I am a faithful CVS Pharmacy patron, and therefore expect every CVS to be the same standard and quality as the next (regarding staff, cleanliness, stock, quality, and value).
