Had very unusual experience, far from the normal Chic-f-A experience. I always, no matter where I'm at, order my hash browns / fries, HOT fresh & crispy. My breakfast hash browns were cold and not crispy - I ate just a couple and went back to counter and told the young lady that approached me, I ordered these hot & fresh and they're cold -- she looked at the hash browns & me like I had 2 heads! I asked - "Is there a problem?" She paused and said, "all of our hash browns are cooked fresh." I said, well, these are cold - there was no reply, so I said, oh well, I'll just eat them cold -- I did not eat them, and just left them on the table, in the box.....not a Chic-fil-A experience one would expect. Love this Chick-fil-A location. Love it! Ordered my salad with chicken strips, extra egg and two dressings plus black pepper. They didn't forget a thing. The chicken is crispy, tasty and the salad is beautiful. This will probably be two meals at least! Friendly and quick service. There is one sweet woman who has pretty brown hair and always seems to be helping people, I think she is a manager, I'll have to catch her name next time. But she is awesome! It was absolutely wonderful one of the best side salads I've ever had this Chick-fil-A on this order was outstanding love it ordered the extra salad dressing and it was way too much wonderful absolutely delicious. Good evening usually always have great service at Chic-fil-A but sorry to say not at this one. I got there and the website says open til 10:00 pm I'm there 9:09 pm and the dining room is closed. The driver-thru is open, so I make an order and have to eat in the parking lot, I ordered ice tea so when the line died down 15 minutes later I pulled back to the end of the line and asked if I could get a refill on the sweet tea I just purchased 15 mins earlier. I was told NO we do do refills in drive thru, I could purchase another and she would bring it out to me. I told her I would have ate in the dining room if it was open. Super frustrated. I got all the way home with my to go order before I realized it was prepared wrong. Once I drove all the way back to the Chick-fil-A I got the pat "I'm sorry" that you would expect from a place with mediocre customer service. I don't think the employees realize how frustrating having to drive all the way back to fix their mistake is or maybe it's just that they don't care either way. The heat index is 100 degrees at this exact moment and they have the drive through employees standing directly in the sun instead of under the cover because the line might get too long and block Taco Bell. Meanwhile there is a second drive through line only for mobile pick up. They need to open up both lines as normal before an employee has a stroke I mean you would think that would have been there first thought to fix the situation. Do better at this location. read more

I stop here everyday morning and sometimes lunch and I am honestly thinking about going out of my way to another location. Our food is always cold even after waiting 20 minutes in line. It's ridiculous. No urgency to get the food out to people. Someone needs to come in and train this team and come up with a new plan for them because the one they have now IS NOT working. Incredibly slow service. Taking 15-20 minutes in the drive thru while other Chick -fil-A are much more efficient. With that you may or may not get what you ordered. I used to never double check my order at CFA but in Whitsett it is double or triple check. Never thought I would see a CFA this bad.
