We continued to our original location however we weren't impressed and everyone in the vehicle unanimously decided we needed to try Guthrie's. When you open the door you immediately smell the chicken. It reminds me of another chain whose name I won't mention, but this is 10 times better. The chicken tenders are flavorful, the fries are hot and crispy and the staff is friendly. I love that they have their history on the wall. 65 years in business and I see why. Highly recommend.

I didn't hear her explain the situation or ask anyone for help. Instead, she just stayed on her phone and eventually slid the food over to me. There was no apology for the wait, no "here you go," and no "have a nice day." She just slid it over with a smile while still chatting on her phone. It felt like she was purposely inconveniencing me. As soon as I mentioned that I had my ID to prove who I was, it was suddenly no issue, and she handed it over without ever checking with a manager. Very disappointing experience. While the food itself still tastes good, it is simply no longer worth the money or the poor treatment. I never expected over the top, bubbly customer service, the staff that used to work here would just get the job done without the fake enthusiasm, and that was perfectly fine.
